Hi yall. I love HGH. I don’t think I could ever go without it.
Naturally, because I enjoy the effects so much, I want to push the dose higher and higher.
I’m running 4iu daily at the moment.
How many of you cruise at this level?
Do any of you cruise higher?
My IGF-1 hit pretty high so I cut out the IPA + CJC I was also running. Will test again soon. Hoping the levels dropped 150ng or so.

Used to split 6ius am pm now it’s 5ius before bed. It’s one of those that’s best with consistency. Run it daily anywhere between 4-6ius and the results will come.

I came off HGH for a week to get a baseline blood work. My Gh test came back a .2? IGF I'm still waiting on. Is this normal?
Started gh last November and it’s been amazing. Started at 2iu and hit bloods around 280. I went up to 4 since January and noticed gyno sensitivity probably from prolactin so I went down to 3iu and ran caber for a week then p5p daily from now on. No more sensitive nips so we shall see. Wonder if anyone else has had this issue
I’m right there with you. Been running 4IU for about 2 months now and the majority of it I’ve been in a fat loss phase/calorie deficit and I’ve stayed nice and full the whole time and haven’t lost any muscle.
I hear some say it’s good for fat loss, while heard others say it’s a very expensive option for minimal fat loss but overall it definitely has so many benefits and I plan to cruise on this dose as long as my blood work stays good!
The fat loss has been great for me, but I was sitting around 15% when I started. I’m not sure how effective it is as I didn’t really start it for the weight loss, but more for the recovery. I’m doing 4iu in the evening.
Am I the only one who doesn’t really get anymore benefit after the 5-6iu range?
I upped from 4-6 split am/pm to 8 recently. Sleep and recovery has been much better. I am also a larger human.

I'm using 10 to 12 a day one vial of lower regular dosed kits and I split larger bills like Whatever is cheaper 20 to 40 so I average about ten I rhought about doing 20 every other day for less sides that what serostim recommends and that what Dorian did was every other day at around 10 or 4 iu everyday he says alot of stuff but the literature for aids patients was to take the full amount daily or EOD is the sides were too high so I could be doing it save money with a similar result less water retention and bloated carpel tunnel ...all the stuff that gets to be to much when you run high doses with peds ... I have run high with pharma and without the pharma I get the same or better results less sides but so expensive and it's faked way more cause its still way expensive if the real pharma would understand if they made there stuff cheaper and they could normal people would buy loads of and they would make billions over night they think the little aids money and child syndrome is enough they aren't seeing the picture now they are with the glps how they lost so much I think we will see legit pharma start coming down oe maybe new manufacturing ... There's a huge demand most trt hrt clinics is some knock off Chinese crap also so... A hope and a prayer ...

I used to split it up thinking higher igf 1 more peaks but the blood sugar issues and being sleepy usually before bed sometimes I run half am half pm but for ease and better sugar control pm all at once

There are a lot of different ways to run GH. I’ve seen guys split the weekly dose and claim they get less insulin resistance and fewer sides … like doing bigger shots 2–3x per week instead of daily.
Personally, I still like sticking with ED dosing. I just feel more stable overall … better recovery, sleep, everything feels more consistent. But I’m definitely open to trying different approaches if needed.
Truth is,…. I think the most important thing is just having GH consistently in your system and letting it do its job over time.
Technically igf stays elevated for like 36 hours. So the eod method with larger bolus doses could still yield positive results, in theory at least. I think hence why serostem says eod if ed causes too many sides. Might be better for insulin resistance that way too
Yes that's the science I've heard I'm going to try it ..but I've been using some hgh I got in promo it's been very good but I wasn't going to try some different protocols and then have a different effect and then blame the hgh so I've been on for gosh almost a month or more now it's been pretty damn clean when I'm almost out of that so when that's done I have plenty of my own stacked up to run however the hell I want...do something stupid and waste my stuff I paid for it's on me but I wouldn't waste stuff I got to try especially hgh on promo ive hardly if ever seen completely free usually excluded or way too expensive to run 1 iu a day for a month ...I actually got enough to give a decent run at what I'm I've been running in generics for ever cause I always ran about 10 cause I thought it was probably weaker so my thought was as long as it's real with good tests but pharma even if it's fake but real like counterfeit or just water total fake the cost is just too cost prohibitive most the time..now decent generics are down to .5 to .6 an average... Not that long ago a quality generic was 1 to 2 dollars usually the dollar side like a crazy promo so... Yeah, today's prices make it alot easier to get into the hgh game. Even running a therapeutic dose, ~3iu, is doable for long term
Agreed for sure stay on the longer the better just keep doing it .. even if it's weekends off whatever....people get way to into all the bull shit its consistancy ... Most studies they have with people taking injections even athletes and bodybuikders still miss weekIy aas injects ...let alone the training and meals and adequate sleep... I hold weight on my core like I have veins and striations everywhere but low back lower abs very very last for me my glutes will be striated so what I'm saying is for me less water sides which always slows my gi the excess fluid so I've thought about when my body fat is higher not high by any means to high but to lessen those effects .... In anyone will any abdominal issuesnwith surgery really pharma hgh on the labels advised against the use due to abdominal fluid retention so I just alwaya research talk to people try different things as long as the risk isn't way lower than the reward...

On a serious note though … ease into it. Test your tolerance and bump it up gradually. GH can creep up on you with sides if you rush it.
For me, during blast, 6–10 IU is the sweet spot … that’s where everything really starts clicking.
And yeah… I wish I had the budget to run 18 IU too… same way I wish I had a few other upgrades in life

Yes, brother … I can and I think most people can definitely sit in that 6–10 IU range solo, no need to bring in “those we don’t speak of / forbidden tool” if everything else is dialed in.
Once you start pushing 12–15+ IU daily, that’s when things change. GH at that level can start messing with insulin sensitivity pretty hard, so if diet, timing, and overall protocol aren’t tight, you’re asking for problems long term. That’s usually where guys start thinking about adding “extra support” … not because it’s mandatory, but because it helps manage what GH is doing metabolically.
It’s one of those taboo topics because a lot of people don’t really understand it and jump in blindly… and yeah, that’s how people get into trouble. In reality, it’s not inherently dangerous if you actually know what you’re doing and respect it … like anything else. Same way a steak knife can either cut your food or cut you lol
But being real with you … most people, like 99%, don’t need to go there at all. You can get great results from GH at reasonable doses, especially if training, food, and the rest of the stack are on point.
That’s just my humble take from what I’ve seen and experienced. No need to overcomplicate it unless you’re going full send and willing to manage everything that comes with it.

Oh definitely! I plan on getting to 6. I’ve been doing .5iu increases every 2 weeks. So soon I’ll go to 5.5. Water retention is way down past that stage, leveled out and taking a natty diuretic that changed a lot!
Cruise at 4. Ramp up to 8 during cycle. Have ran 16 to 20 in my days running around with piana lol

I have had to take a week off, tried lowering the dose to no avail. Was going great for a while but developed debilitating pain in my hand and forearm that was wrecking my sleep. On both sides sometimes but mostly on just the right for some reason.
Finally going away now.
Worst side effect ive ever had from anything, the pain was brutal and the sleep disruption was hugely detrimental.
What dose did this happen at?
5iu daily, backing down to 3 wasn't good enough to make it stop, had to drop it for a while.
Damn that’s brutal. I haven’t run into that yet. It is a little rough on my shoulder joints at 4iu but that is my only negative side, really. So far.
Try using some ALA ( Alpha Lipoic Acid ) supplements, 600-1200mg. Some use for that carpal tunnel issue.

Why don't you want your IGF-1#'s high? That's the point on wanting to run more or higher HGH. Higher IGF-1 will increase more tissue Hyperplasia, with that develops more muscle cells/fibers.
