Ive been a costumer of naps for over 15 yearsm everything has been great up until 3 weeks ago. I paid on the 10th, money got picked up on the 13th. On the 16th of march they made a label in chicago. Then on the 21st of march they made another label for the same order this time from NY. when I asked what was going on on napshelp i got the same generic message twice, something on the lines "did not pass customs inspection, we are sending you a new package". It is now the 31st of march, meaning I paid three weeks ago and all I have is a tracking number that tracks to label created in NY on the 21st and no information whatsoever on my package, I used to love when they gave me a tracking number that would begin updating as soon as it got shipped out of hong kong then it would take about 2 weeks and i would watch it get in a plane and land in NY, then go on to travel for about a week through the USPS mail system and then it was home. By week 3 or 4 i usually had my package. I dont know whats going on but i am 1076$ in the hole and i got no test no gh and im running low VERY low on my current pct which means within a month or two i have to start the new cycle and if my gear isnt here i am screwed for this year.

How do I get a response? I have 2 packs out that I ordered in February, still never got to me and their online message support on the website is a joke. One pack saying shipping label was created and never shipped and the other one in limbo

All my vials arrived. Batch C942002 has been reported by multiple sources, with test results showing it is a completely bunk batch. I’m super disappointed.

BigGrubbI bet you placed it on the ones that fake you got took. I was out for 2 years and when I started back somehow I ended up on it. And got took and same thing happened to me. Didn't take long to realize it was fake but to late to do anything had done placed the order about 2 days later I was like something don't seam right and want make that mistake again. You can bet on that shit
I don't think so . I logged in to place the order and all of my account info was saved, and I got confirmation order was received, has said processing since. I have placed plenty of orders with them in the past.
