What’s the dumbest thing you believed when you first started lifting?

I thought sweating meant losing more fat so I'd wear a sweat belt, and hoodie to lift, and do cardio with. I was suffocating for no reason.
Also used to believe I had to eat every two hours to put on the most muscle. Would bring a shake or can of tuna with me everywhere.
