+ 1 Favorite Supplement you'll never run a cycle without?

Not talking compounds, just supplements. Curious what everyone considers a staple that actually made a difference while on cycle.
Or even running year round, or on a lower dose trt. Whatever works.

Food. Diet is underrated
TUDCA, NAC, 2000mg / day of quality Krill Oil, Thorne Multivitamin OR if I am taking Accutane (on cycle), I take a Kirkman without Vitamin A or D, Magnesium Glycinate for sleep.
Fiber.
Boring answer, but it worked.
Psyllium/oats every day keeps my lipids, digestion, and labs way more stable than anything fancy. Fish oil is a close second, but fiber was the quiet MVP that showed up on bloodwork.
Telmisartan
honestly man, i never skip out on taurine. the back pumps from some oral cycles are actually brutal and it's the only thing that keeps me from tapping out during leg day lol.
if i’m being real though, i always keep some NAC and TUDCA on hand from steroidsgrabber.me- gotta keep the liver values in check if you're running anything heavy. ngl i used to ignore the health phase but it makes a huge diff in how you feel mid-cycle.
Tudca, nac, milk thistke, nakkonesse.
TUDCA and NAC are the two main ones. Take some cardio/renal support as well but I always stay on top of TUDCA and NAC
I’m gonna have too get some of both.
Consistently for last 5 years I’ve been taking the Opti-men multivitamin. Seems like it fills in most of the gaps for stuff I need.
Nice, i need to get on some type of multivitamin i take none lol. Just animal based diet and water for the passed year.
I don't think there is really just 1 supplement you couldn't live without, there are many. If I HAD to choose 1 it would probably be Blood Pressure tablets though - Heart protection has to be more important than anything else, even liver. You get a Heart attack after a set of squats then you ain't comin back Baby!!!
Haha heard ya there, you can "regrow" a new liver; you can't regrow a heart.
