I run subq in my belly works great. In lab tests the just put it in the rats drinking water. At the site doesn't hurt but you will need help to hit that spot.

I would do SubQ and usually try to get close to the area bugging me (shoulder/trap area and knee)

I think injecting in the red circle is going to be tricky to do yourself.

Im saying the pains in that area but I dont want to inject there or really anywhere near the spine.

It was a subtle English joke buddy Smile

If you are like many members on here and have a RN as a wife then you could try near to the Red area and see how you go, or just inject in the VG area or stomach.

Everyone has different opinions but most just do sub Q. Personally, and like some other members, we swear it does make a diffrence when you get to the spot. It doesn't hurt anything if we are wrong, but if we are right? Just imagine.
Its like FAITH.

Does not matter where, just do it Sub Q

My understanding was the "inject near the injury" theory was mostly just placebo / anecdotal...

They can be injected anywhere you're comfortable doing it, subq ideally not in your muscle.

I still feel a difference. My LCL I think has issues in my knee. Been a month. Trying to rehab. Then started some BPC about 2 weeks ago. Got a bit better. But then directly injected into the side of my knee and swear in 3 days its much better.

For me if I am able to I try to get it as close as possible when I can. If it doesn't matter it doesn't matter but atleast I did my part and trying Smile

I have never tried but I am going to now. Also I am lucky enough that I hurt my left knee and right foot. So now I can inject my foot and compare systemic versus localized in the same body. I really out of nothing but laziness want systemic to be best adding more injections to my morning routine is not on my to do list.

Im the same. Its easier in teh morning to jab my arm or ass adn go on with my day. takes me a little longer going for specific spots especially my knee. Not alot of tisue around there and Im a pussy with my knees lol

Yep but if it's the best way and I don't do it that it will drive me nuts if I don't. Other reason I am not super into at the injury is it already hurts I don't want to do a shot there.

It did wonders for my shoulder that was fucked up for over 10 years; low dose, local injections once/twice a week for a few months. Still can’t believe it.
