BPC-157 or TB500 for Muscle Spasms in Back? Or Something Else?
ad
Went to my doc and was diagnosed with muscle spasms. He wasn't any help, just prescribed some muscle relaxants which did nothing. Are either BPC-157 or TB500 good for muscle spasms? If so which is better, and will the problem come back shortly after i stop using it? Please give your own experience if you used something to fix this issue yourself?

BPC-157…250 or 500 mcg daily 4 - 6 wks. I prefer everyday doses, some say 5x per week is okay too. It will help heal tissues and calm your inflammation.
TB-500… 2 or 4mg total per week (split 2-3x) for same time. It will help repair muscles and improve recovery.
Do BPC daily, TB-500 3x week; inject near the sore area if possible. BPC fixes damaged spots and reduces pain, TB-500 helps muscles loosen and heal faster. Combo they reduce inflammation + speed muscle repair, often easing tightness within days.
Will this fix the issue long term or is this only a temporary fix to stop the pain? I wasn't planning on using BPC and TB forever
Taurine and potassium, I recommend Dr bergs electrolyte powder, potassium dose is unmatched
On cycle? Taurine?
I'm just taking trt now that's it. What's taurine do for muscle spasms?
A lot when on tren, eq, etc
Any idea why you’re getting the spasms?
Have any bloodwork done for mineral/vitamin deficiencies?
I've gotten bloodwork for other reasons and my vitamins are fine aswell as test levels. If I had to guess, during my first year of lifting I probably lifted with bad form most the time. I got xrays and the doc told me my spine was completely normal, no issues
To be honest, everyone is different, but it might help. It's 100% worth the cost to try it out.
Used it a few times to help with injuries and recover better.
What kinds of issues did it help. Honestly I'm new to all this so any info is greatly appreciated. I've only run TRT so far but hoping thisll help my back as the pain is daily.
You can always check other forums and even reddit for additional information on how its helped people and their issues. For me, I felt it increased my recovery better. After a few weeks of using it the pains were not as bad especially during physical therapy.
