I'm using this machine to track muscle mass, fat, water InBody 570. Where does everyone else around here get their Numbers? Are these floor machines really that accurate?

If you can afford it, a Dexa Scan is the best and the next is Hydrostatic Weighing. These scales like above can fluctuate a lot depending on how hydrated you are so they are not very accurate.
Thanks ALL, I truly didnt know how to get some accurate numbers. I'm setting at 14-18% body fat on that InBody and I always thought that was too damn low. DEXA looking at $150-250.
Look on Groupon "Live Lean RX"
Still, $150 is worth it.
Tip, after you get your results upload a photo of them to AI and ask it to analyze the results and give a summary report of the good, bad, and ugly. And to create an action plan.
Dexa scan is about as good as a general consumer can get. In-body is garbage.
