How to Dilute my primo of 200 mg/ml?
Hello!! I have been on primo for a couple of weeks I love the results!! I want to stary on it!! im currently pinning 3x a week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday im doing .4 test cyph(100 mgs test), .3 Primo(60mgs primo) 3x a week for a total of 300 test cyph,180 primo
I inject my test and the primo in the exact same syringe, I have attempted to warm it up before injecting, I have massaged my spot with my finger for a good amount of time, have even used my Massage gun after injecting(Worst) with the gun it tends to spread out more
I have read about Diluting my 200 mg/ml Primo I wanted to come on here and really ask where do I start? Do I Dilute the Whole Vial? or just what im injecting? what oil? I see everyone uses MCT OIL? I just wanted to ask on here where do I start? whats the best and how does the math work when diluting etc? thank you all very much!!!!

From what you wrote, dilution isn’t your real issue. Technique and post-injection handling are. Fix those first. Primo is a slow, clean compound … when injected correctly, it’s usually smooth as hell.
If after fixing all that it still beats you up, then dilution makes sense(Randomdude just dropped below how to do it properly) Otherwise, you’re solving the wrong problem.
Buy some sterile oil and pull it into the syringe with your compounds.
I have to ask, why the hell are you trying to dilute Primo? Just measure it out in the syringe and pin it.
The pip is absolutely terrible, very uncomfortable 1 day after pinning I even tried my delts, lt delts swell up and bruise like a balloon only best spot I do primo is my glutes
I’m not saying it doesn’t but I have never had PIP from Primo. Are you sure it isn’t crashed like have crystals in it? I have always mixed my primo with my test in the syringe. If it’s that bad man get primo from a different source. You should not be getting that bad of pip unless it has impurities in it or crystals.
What results are you seeing already? Im just curious
Why do you want to dilute it? If im reading what you wrote correctly, it seems like you are diluting it already almost 1 to 1.

1:1 primo to filtered MCT oil. Get some sterile vials for the new mixture. You might as well mix the whole 10ml vial into 2 new diluted 10ml vials
