+ 1 Transferring from ampule to sterile vial
ad
Assuming the ampule only has benzyl benzoate, can I safely transfer the contents of a few ampules into a sterile vial to use for daily injections over 10 weeks? Plan is to draw it all up into a 10ml syringe then add it into a new sterile vial through a 0.22 PTFE syringe filter - just want to make sure I'm not risking any kind of infection by doing that. Is BB sufficient to keep the oil sterile?

Brother we spoke about this in another thread. Yes you’re good to go and the mast you bought, same one I have, has both BA and BB. And even if it was just BB all of ultimas shit comes like that and some people swear by that brand (not me personally I’m not a fan), only BB. Both are good at keeping sterility. Many pharmacy’s here in the states also produce prescription test with just BB because some people have allergies to BA. Common practice. You’re good to party my brother.
jitterbug128Yeah was just worth hanging a question on it to see what everyone else is doing, John from GimpTown actually confirmed to me just recently as well that they use the amps as butt plugs.
LMFAOOO
jitterbug128Yeah oops mb still getting used to the rules
Great news, had a feeling they did since it was in the insert. i literally just transferred some gimp eq lol
Ive never bought ampules, just seemed like a hassle. I can get some pharma test in ampules though (the big brand with a B) so I was considering it. Is there even really a difference between pharma test and ugl? Enough to justify 100 dollars a box?
Honestly ampules aren’t that bad. As a concept compared to vials it sounds weird but it’s measured perfectly and easy to travel and throw away each dose.
NO, do not do this!
Benzyl benzoate:
Is NOT antimicrobial
Your ampules Cannot! be “made sterile again” without professional compounding.
The filter idea is cute but won’t do a thing except filter glass shards from breaking the ampule.
Even if it looks clean, sterility cannot be assumed
This is a common cause of:
Injection site infections
Sterile abscesses
Severe inflammation
Intended use: Move to vial?
Topical / cosmetic / lab. Yes, acceptable
Injectable (IM / SC). No, unsafe
Please do not do this. If you intend to inject later.
Benzyl benzoate provides no protection against infection and should never be relied on for sterility or antimicrobial safety.
I cannot stress this enough:
Do not transfer ampules with benzyl benzoate as a carrier to a vial for injection.
Use the ampules exactly as supplied.
Sterile abscesses are serious and painful and can lead to:
Severe local tissue inflammation and swelling
Tissue necrosis (cell death) black dead skin/tissue
Secondary bacterial infection of the abscess
Bloodstream infection (sepsis)
If infection develops
Surgical drainage, scarring, or permanent tissue damage
In rare but severe cases, death due to complications (e.g., sepsis)
What do you mean, if you use a sterile syringe and then transfer to a sterile vial there should be no risk of contamination. Benzyle Benzoate is absolutely antimicrobial.

Yea this guys fucking buggin. I’ve been transferring shit for years from amps to sterile vials. At the end of the day you’re transferring UGL shit. It’s always a risk, everything is a risk. As long as you’re not some dirty cumdumpster dipshit and don’t rub your dirty dick along the sterile syringe needle you’re fine. Clean sterile environment, good sterile practices ie clean hands wear gloves don’t be in your dirty fucking neckbeard hole you call a room, wipe everything with alcohol etc and you’re fine. Some people fucking love fear mongering just bc they’re too shit at doing anything themselves. Thank you Aggieguy for setting this fruitloop straight <3
Sounds fine to me. I have a couple ampules I’ve collected along the way. That’s exactly how I would do it. Maybe Bodhi is a little drunk right now and just being overly emotional. We never know what people are going through you know…
Not 100% but considering people do vial to vial transfers with a filter I would be surprised if it’s an issue.
