ad

Just been looking more at fat burners and weight loss aids, theres a ton more than i initially thought and Im just curious what people are finding works well for them, or if nobody is really using them outside competition

Reta, went from a decent looking 192 to shredded 162.. then added test now at 178 with ab veins for a recomp.. Reta curbed my appetite crazily. Gonna use it this summer if I don't have the look/appetite i want in order to get the "beach" body.

I had some pretty solid results with just Retatrutide and a solid cardio regimen. The only issue is that when I’m on a calorie deficit it’s harder to push big weight in the gym so it’s great for a fat burning, but not great for building muscle.

Adding mots-c has heen great for me in terms of energy while deep in a cut

I like everyones stack all solid and work but most importantly is daily cardio everyone negates it and get frustrated and lowers calories instead of adding more cardio. And nothing crazy zone 2 (steady state) has been a game changer instead of the all out approach dont get me wrong love going all out at times but theres a time and place for it. Other than that daily l-carnitine paired with 300mcg slu-pp-332 little var for the hardening and reta i do daily injections but thats preference. Also was experimenting with ipa/cjc but nothing compares to real GH. Cant forget the daily cialis

That's why I love just walking on the incline treadmill, burns alot of calories in a hour and it's easy.

Incline is the best IMO, bike is to easy to go slow and not keeping your heart rate up as supposed to treadmill kinda forces to keep going unless your pussy out and lower the incline or speed.

Weeks 1-2 ECA stack - assuming you can get real Ephedra HCL (not Ephedra Sulfate) 3x a day for 2 weeks - if only Ephedra Sulfate you'll need to take more tablets as its only ~70% as potent as Ephedra HCL. (10mg E, 100mg C, 80mg A )
weeks 3-4 Injectable Clen + Yohimbine: (20mcg week 3) (40mcg week 4)
Weeks 5-6 ECA Stack - 3x a day for 2 weeks (Up dosage if tolerated (25mg E, 200mg C, 80mg A)
Weeks 7-8 Injectible Clen + Yohimbine (40mcg week 7) (60mcg weeks 8)

Weeks 1-8: 50mcg T3, AM empty stomach
Weeks 1-4: Reta 1-2mg
Weeks 5-8: Reta 3-4mg

I haven't seen Ephedrine for years. Given I haven't looked much. For a period of time I took a Primatene pills which had Ephedrine.

Yep that's how I use to get it after the ban. ECA was my favorite back in college.

Skinz75's picture

Same here. ECA carried me through my college football career.

Yeah, I've only seen it a few times over the past few years; last i checked it's available in Canada. There was a privately owned gas station that actually had ephedra tabs up until 2 years ago. Currently if i want ephedra i just get Bronkaid over the counter. Its ephedra sulfate vs hcl, not nearly as potent, but still similar mechanism of action, just need to use more tabs, but they still put a limit on how many boxes you can buy per month

I’ve experimented with fat burners over the years and have gradually moved toward a lower-stimulation, more sustainable approach.

For context, my current setup is fairly simple:
Daily TRT (low SHBG) ~150-175 mg/week
hCG for testicular function (~1,000 IU/week)
Nightly GH for fat loss, health, and sleep (3-4 IU/day)
Proviron 25 mg daily to support androgen dominance and E2 tolerance
Cialis 20 mg, 3× weekly for vascular support and workout pumps
Injectable L-carnitine 500 mg daily for fat loss and mitochondrial support
AI only as needed, not scheduled

Current labs are roughly:
TT ~1100
FT ~32
Low SHBG
Estradiol ~70–80 (runs higher than average but is well tolerated when levels are stable and doses are moderate)

For me, GH combined with carnitine covers lipolysis without negatively impacting sleep, blood pressure, or overall recovery. Proviron has helped maintain good androgen balance without aggressively suppressing estrogen.

Diet and macros are consistent year-round, and cardio reliably strips fat to ~7-8% within a few weeks leading into summer. Most of the year I sit around 9-11%. I’ll typically run 7-8% for 4–5 months and 9-11% the rest of the year, while slowly adding lean mass annually.

I don’t disagree that clen/T3 or GLP-based approaches are effective, they clearly work, but at this stage I’m prioritizing long-term stability, health, and consistency rather than the most aggressive fat-loss tools.

Interested to hear what others have found workable long term and short term.

Since GLP’s already got recommended I’ll give you another lane, although the GLP’s are probably superior.

Clenbuterol and Liothyronine (known as T3) are a great stack. Been a bodybuilding staple for years.

Reta bro. If you really wanna drop weight stack it with tirzepatide.

It's the current flavor of the week.

Although it's hard to define them as "fat burners", there is a metabolic component of both glp-2 and glp-3 that increase mean baseline fat consumption during sleep, along with the insulin sensitivity provided by glp-1.

Someone suggested Reta and Tesamorelin together and you will get rid of belly fat and all. Never tried Tesamorelin.

Same. Neither have I

I may try it, it says it will enhance the V taper on a popular sources site, so maybe I can get more boys i mean girls to like me.

V taper? Cum gutters? Drunken mountain climbers, 100-150 a day and body fat below 14% guaranteed you’ll get v-line, v taper? Cum gutters in a few months!

Tesamorelin, mot-c, and Reta stacked. The tesa targets visceral fat more so that’s probably where the v taper can come in better.
