I’ve seen a few people on YouTube recommend doing TRT subcutaneously, but I’ve never seen anyone with a serious physique actually advocate for it.
Does anyone know of someone with a solid build who’s using subQ successfully?
I get that studies show similar testosterone levels overall, but maybe the limitation is practical — you can’t push enough oil subQ to make a real difference unless you’re doing around 0.5 mL every other day..
Or maybe the higher "peaks" of IM are more significant in putting on muscle vs the more steady levels of subq?

0,5ml test subq eod is 437,5 mg a week, if you cant get 'jacked' on that dosage you need to stop (ab)using steroids.
I havent done much yet personally, just starting out and did a trt clinic for 2 weeks at about 100mg.. they did IM tho.. interested in trying subQ but heard you dont get as much test in your system with it. Probably will go off clinic and try doing more.
Been doing it for years. Hit my lats, delts and triceps.
I’ve done SubQ TRT, or cruise whatever you wanna call it, up to 0.2ml per day. But I use what little fat I have around my hips/glutes, not my stomach.

I definitely got a bit of a belly (skinny fat). Especially when im sitting down hunched forward i got a bit of a roll. Are you doing SubQ? Notice it doesnt "hit" as hard or get you as high levels as IM?
Ya this^. If you’re on a cruise it’s perfectly fine imo. Obviously pushing large amounts of oil subQ wouldn’t be wise for someone lean with little body fat, but I see no issue on TRT/cruising doses, especially if you’re an everyday pinner with the slinpins.
If it is low dose which TRT is, then it is fine to do SubQ injections. Cypionate was pretty much designed to inject SubQ but for TRT not for blasting. The more oil you inject SubQ the more likely you are going to get a lump and a big irritation area or spot. Depending on your fat level, your body absorbs the T much slower SubQ than Intramuscular and if you are way obese your body may not absorb enough of it by SubQ injection.
Since I slowed when I'm off I run 75mg of depo (Cyp) a week sub Q. Keeps my free test at about 800. When I'm on cycle I run it IM only because that's what my Dr gives me

Sub Q is the dumbest thing clinics push if ppl are to scared to go IM they got no business injecting stuff... the don't inject often enough for scar tissue to build.
That's an ignorant comment. Doctors are dealing with TRT patients injecting less than a mil once or twice a week.
Pharma only tested their product using IM and that is only what the FDA approved. They are not going to pay for the sub-Q studies if it doesn't help their bottom line.
Sub-Q is every bit as effective as IM injections. Add it to your tool belt. Great for low volume TRT doses and peptides. Not so great for high volume doses and by high volume I'm talking about anything over ½ mil.
So no, sub-Q injections are not like sitting down to pee. You're not going to lose your mancard.
It's easier to get a patient to inject sub q than it is to go IM. Same as it's another stupid reason to have a patient inject once or twice a week the majority of patients don't want to inject often to keep stable levels.....
Most on TRT inject once a week per the half live of the drug, so? Sub-Q is so easy if they are scripted for biweekly, no big deal. Again, so?
Of course it's easier why in your mind does that matter. What does frequency of injections have to do with it? if you're paying a clinic or a General Practitioner to do weekly or biweekly sub-Q injections, you're a fool. Just ask and they'll script you to do it at home.
You present it like it's a con. Let me ask you; how many times a week do you pin IM when you're on cycle? Once? twice? more? Someone on TRT is not going to blast using sub-Q. They will do IM injections like anyone else BECAUSE YOU CAN'T pin 1, 2, or 3 mils sub-Q. That's too much volume.
On blast I'll IM my steroids and sub-Q my peptides because I can mix my peptides to be less that 20 tics on a 1mil syringe. Why do I want to use up all of my IM injection sites for something like peptides?
Sub-Q is a tool in your tool belt. You don't need to use a vice grip when pliers will do just fine. Your rational is weak.
I pin ED on cycle cruise eod I get your point it's a preference I just personally think it's dumb it's just an opinion brotha man. I don't want a pocket of oil sitting under my skin do it enough you'll build up little sacs. Build up enough muscle tissue you can get away with pinning essentially any muscle I never run out of spots and I use mots c, bpc, tb, ss 31 and gh. Current cycle test, eq and mast.
Exactly all in the head. You start to get so good at it and learn your good zones to rotate in. I for the most part use 1.5” now shit Absorbs 3ML way quicker.
Exactly if you also get the right points that plays a key factor to another thing clinic don't share... 27g nipro thin walls you'll feel absolutely nothing.
Once you're in good enough shape you can pin the spots that are comfortable for you. I like pecs, rear and side dealt, Lats, glutes, thighs.
For subq you don’t take anywhere close to .5Mls. This is reserved for guys on TRT micro dosing small amounts daily like .05-.1mls ED. If you were running a 500mg ew test cycle you’d be taking .28MLs ED. I think you’d be getting big lumbs from that much oil.
But I think more stable levels are better overall. Say you dose daily and maintain consistent test levels of 2500ng/dl every day, compared to twice a week dosing where you soar to 3000+ for 2ish days a week and steadily decline to 1500 or less at the low before your next shot. So you have some days where levels are pretty low and theoretically wouldn’t build as much muscle as you would keeping levels consistently at 2500.
That’s my theory anyway. I’ve really never tested it though
