+ 18 6 weeks cruising at 180mg test e sitting at 97kg 214lbs on 4200kcal per day

Sitting nicely at 97kg cruising on 180mg test e for the last 6 weeks 4 more weeks then time for blood work if all comes back good then time to push up and get juicy!
Food currently at 4200 calories 1 off plan meal a week (whatever I want with some sweet treats) normally before legs of Back day.

All cardio dropped just a 20min walk after my larger meals to help stay insulin sensitive and get the food moving. Could eat alot more but trying to hold back while on this cruise before the real fun begins.

Hahaha this is my first cruise where I still feel as if I'm still on cycle even after 6 weeks. All my top sets have stayed the same or with slight increases, food and digestion in a good spot and sleep has never been better. I'm sore af for a day or 2 so had to slightly drop volume and take an extra rest day so currently training 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off but all going in the right direction right now!
That muscle looks so hard it looks like your on tren
It's crazy I have everything on point from my diet to my output to my sleep pattern I haven't looked like this on a cruise at this weight and I'm liking the way I'm still strong and feel full in the gym

Never run hgh brother going to be adding in on this next big push. Never been rich enough haha.
I think because I dieted down earlier on in the year and pushed up slowly for the rebound for 8 weeks post diet phase then dropped down to cruise everything seems to have stuck and condition hasn't taken a huge hit. I think this is my best look at this weight while being in natty range so I'm excited to see where we can go this year.

No hgh at the moment brother saving up for the pharma grade for the next push up so literally just 180mg test e at the moment
