+ 5 Front and back 2lb increase on last week pushing up slow and steady coach is very happy!

Front and back check in this morning coach is happy with this rebound phase! Another 5 weeks to go until a 8-12 week health phase before full blown off season!

440 tren e (slight increase this week)
Training programme is 3 days on 1 day off 3 days on 1 day off.
Chest + triceps,
legs quad dominant + hamstring isolation
back focused on thickness + biceps,
rest,
shoulders, calves traps,
arms,
legs (hamstring dominant back (focused on width) rest and restart
0 cardio just 20 min walk after each meal 10,000-12,000 steps daily
Macros are 530c 350p 60f + 1 off plan meal per week (whatever i want) starter, main and a couple of desserts typically
Another 2lb increase this week which we are happy with as we are trying to keep the lines and aim for 1.5-2lb per week increase instead of putting on a ton of shit water weight.
Sitting at 95kg (210 lbs)

Thankyou brother the aim is to push up slow amd steady right now, try and hold on to the lines and really put on some solid tissue all over. We seem to be heading in the right direction so far

Haha i do have a long torso i never noticed it until i started posing! Big long gangly frame to try and fill out but we move haha
