I remember going so low carb to suffer and felt I’d lose muscle that was eating 350-375g a day of protein and high fats. I’d wake up middle of the night to drink a 60g protein shake and go back to sleep.

Jrihard89lol hardly. I had a baby face. I had facial hair since sophomore year.. Also I’m just fine. Healthy, blood work is perfect now a days. 2 kids and a wife.
Also not to mention I was a D1 scholarship athlete. School was 100% paid for, so bodybuilding at a young age helped me stay out of debt while earning a degree that I turned into a life changing company. Well worth it to obsess over bodybuilding that young.

Yeah, exactly. I ordered on August 31st, still nothing :( It's literally been stuck on (IN TRANSIT ARRIVING LATE) for 7 days and hasn't moved. Unc said today if nothing changes he would fix it. Just gotta wait a bit longer.
