I remember going so low carb to suffer and felt I’d lose muscle that was eating 350-375g a day of protein and high fats. I’d wake up middle of the night to drink a 60g protein shake and go back to sleep.

Jrihard89lol hardly. I had a baby face. I had facial hair since sophomore year.. Also I’m just fine. Healthy, blood work is perfect now a days. 2 kids and a wife.
Also not to mention I was a D1 scholarship athlete. School was 100% paid for, so bodybuilding at a young age helped me stay out of debt while earning a degree that I turned into a life changing company. Well worth it to obsess over bodybuilding that young.

does anyone have experience running bold cyp for a couple weeks along side eq300? I've been considering trying a moderate front load after my next cruise to reach saturation faster. What I'm thinking is starting with a vial of bold cyp and overlapping it with eq til it runs out then carry on forward with eq.
Or, I just take eq steady from the start and throw some orals in as a kick start.
EQ takes about 3-4 weeks to "kick in". Currently running 500 Test E, and 420 EQ weekly. On week 4 now and it is showing. I did not front load or take any kick starters, but I hear a lot of people kick starting with Dbol or Adrol.
