From 1.5mg up to 7mg works for most people, but it really depends on how you respond.
Right now, I’m personally running 2.5mg E4D and will eventually switch to daily microdosing once it fully stacks up. That way, serum levels stay stable … no crazy peaks and crashes and the benefits feel way more consistent..
Don’t pick a random protocol … test, track, and adjust until you find what actually works for you.
I've read about people microdosing it daily to help control blood glucose while running hgh. They don't need it for weight loss.

Start at 1-2mg weekly and titrate up slowly. Do not jump the gun onto something like 6mg right off the bat, sides are extremely likely if you do.

Agree with he start with 1mg to 2mg at most. You do too much too soon you won't like it.
I started on 2.5mg weekly for the first month and had good success. Try a smaller dose then titrate up as needed.

Ive front loaded a dozen times. I like it but its so much nicer to be patient for that 18 week cycle. Keep in mind 5 weeks til pct once ending eq....its really interesting when you consider halves...
I wouldn't fuck with front loading. Almost everyone I've talked to that had a bad reaction to EQ and got wild anxiety tried to front load. Just be patient and give it time to saturate at your chosen dose.
