+ 3 I asked GrokAI to give me the most powerful pump stack. Holy crap.

This is me just having fun during my boring ass cruise after finishing a fantastic test/tren/primo/anadrol cycle.
I've been using my own home-made pump stack for like 5 years now, I looked up all the n02 supplements you can buy and went from there. They all use the same key ingredients and then throw in a bunch of useless crap and additives to market them. You might have tried most of the ingredients one way or another. Most pre-workouts have one or two of them but no supplement has all of them. It's useless for building muscle, great for achieving a pump. Doesn't compare to being on cycle. I don't run this stack while on blast or the back pumps, shins, calves, are so intense I can't move or walk.

I plugged this stack into GrokAI, told it to deepsearch every pubmed article on increasing n02, bloodflow, vascularity, and give me a stack that will give the greatest pump possible. It took the supps above and included a few more. I tried them one at a time and hit arms, chest, shoulders-traps, and back just a few high rep dropset excercises each to get a freaky pump and see if there was any noticable benefit. This is what Grok added.

*Betaine Nitrate from Beet Extract 2g - This stuff is awesome. Better breathing, better heart rate, the change to the pump is hard to explain but it felt like I had much more room in the muscles before they got full and tight. Great addition. Equiavlent to eating 10 whole beets.

*Pomegranate Extract 40% Ellaglic Acid 800mg - This was another plus. My forearm and bicep veins have always been juicy. After adding this supp, the veins were huge. Never seen the vein on my bicep that large. Great increase in vasodilation. Equiavlent to eating 640 pomegegranates.

*L-Norvaline 400mg - Never heard or seen this before. Holy crap. This stuff feels fantastic. I left caffeine out of the pump stack because it contscricts blood flow and reduces the pump, but this stuff made me feel like I had 2 scoops. Tons of energy, great endurance I didn't get gassed during dropsets and just kept going. My pump lasted much longer, well into the night. Still had a pump before going to bed. Great addition. After looking it up, it's an amino acid, it inhibits the arginase enzyme that breaks down all of the n02 enhancing supplements above. It comes along and boosts everything in the stack and slows the breakdown making the stack last much longer and greater.

It was pretty fun messing around. Nothing compares to an anadrol or dbol pump but this wasnt bad for cruising on 200mg test. If you have some of these supps laying around, try out L-Norvaline 400mg, Betaine Nitrate 2g, and Pom Extract 800mg. Those are keepers.

Solid pump stack right there.. But if we’re talking full savage mode, add 20mg Var, 1cc TNA, some inj. Adrol, and a light dusting of Halotestin just to keep the mood… unstable. Nowww we’re talking…. true gym psycho vibes, lol Diablo
