A full accutance protocol is 55mg * your body weight (i'm using pounds no kg) over the course of months until you finish. If you dose too high you can damage your eyes and have dry skin, dry hair, etc. , I was 220lbs when I started, which means I needed 12,100mg total and took 40mg at night for 10 months. I tried to work up to 60mg to speed up the process but my eyes got so dry I couldnt even look at my computer screen or have the AC on or let the wind hit my eyes. I rairly get acne no matter the cycle or dose, where as before, I broke out like crazy, and had to eat strictly foods that don't cause acne. An example protocol besides mine listed already is 200lb person at 40mg a day would take 9 months 5 days. I used UG freak, bought 3 months worth at a time, and just committed. If the dose is too high, you'll notice dry skin, cracked lips, dry eyes that stop producing tears, this means you need to lower the dose or work your way up. 40mg daily was my sweat spot. My bloodwork didn't really change before/after. Everyone responds differently. The friends I've shared this with are all acne free.
