I jumped on the Reta train everyone is talking about in bodybuilding and fitness community. According to my experience Reta kicked fast for me by minimizing sweet tooth and food noise. Before using Reta i read and did research regarding side effects and what to expect. I started very low. 1mg every week pinned twice. Then bumped to 1.5mg every week pinned three times and slowly increased dose pinning 3 times a week. I read that pinning multiple times and slowly bumping dose can take care of side effects and that was true in my case. Winstrol (50): I have used the winstrol 10 in past and decided to try the 50mg version this time. Took one and half pill (75mg) daily, half pill in the evening and one pill before workout. Strength was insane, through the roof and looked so damn ripped but at such dose I had major sides. Joints hurt like a mofo, each and every workout was challenging, had prostate issues and peed a lot waking up at night. Hair thin out fast and rapidly.

First I will talk about the sustanon 250 which is a good blend of different test esters. I experienced no swelling, itching or post injection pain. It was smooth painless experience with sustanon injections.

First time using reta and did a mistake at first by pinning 2mg in a go. Reta has a long half life and it gave me nasty diarrhea. Took 4 days to recover. As i recovered i took a break for a week and then started again at 500mcg twice a week. Combined with good diet and exercise i lost some unwanted weight without compromising LBM.
