kayileThat's a solid mix of macros and micros, gotta keep it varied! I'm in a big cottage cheese and fruit phase atm.
My breakfast for the past few days has been:
1 can Costco Tuna (48g protein)
3-5 hardboiled eggs (18-30g protein)
Two dollops of plain yogurt (dunno)
Cut up pickles
Some salt
A squirt of mustard
That’s like ~ 78g protein and very little carbs. Dunno about fat, I just eat it for the protein.
Otherwise I enjoy 8-10oz 88/12 ground beef with ~6oz ground chicken salted to taste, 3 oranges, and a banana.
I just added the breakfast, the other meal I eat every day during the week and can’t wait to eat it. So basic, but so good.
42g protein for the canned tuna, not 48
I like the combo...good micronutrient profile too. I'm over tuna at the moment but I'm sure it will be back in rotation soon
Hahaha I've been eating that same meal every day minus the tomatoes and I make a fried egg put it on toast with the other half of avocado
That's a nice addition...10/10 will add as soon as I can up the calories

I take those tomatoes and broil them in the air fryer delicious
When i reheat them I always burn the fuck out of my mouth lol
Nice, simple and very efficient muscle builing meal you got there. Mine is:
Meal:
200 g lean ground beef (10% fat)
150 g cooked rice
200 g broccoli
100 g cherry tomatoes. Mixed with 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
Nutritional values (approx.):
Calories: 540 kcal
Protein: 51 g
Carbohydrates: 56 g
Fat: 14 g
Macros
Protein: 38%
Carbohydrates: 41%
Fat: 21%
Looking good...I like the macros
