What’s everyone’s favorite high protein, high carb, low fat meals? Easy on digestion is a plus.
I call this rocket fuel:
1.3lbs 90% ground beef or bison
1.5-2 Cups (uncooked) of jasmine or basmati rice
Baby peas
Cook them all up and mix them together in a skillet with salt/pepper/optional random sauces (Worcestershire, low sodium soy or Braggs liquid aminos, pikkapeppa, etc). Then shovel in ur mouth.
I like it!
AnonI think rocket fuel better describes some good ol fashioned shine..I have literally cleaned my 5.56 with it. Works great! Taste? Not so great..
Add half a bottle of red wine in the skillet, simmer and you’ve got yourself a meal you can serve up to impress the Mrs! I know because I cooked it last Friday
AnonNice touch! Fuckin Betty crocker over here making us all look bad!
Gonna try that.

Try this bro it’s super easy. I only started cooking with wine a month or so ago and it’s changed the game.
AnonNice, my wife just got a "wine Advent calendar" it's just 24 bottles of wine...one for each day up until Christmas Eve...it was like 70$? No way it all getting drank, she'd be a sloppy hoe for a whole month basically. (Not actually complaining I guess...)
That’s a good ass deal. I’d grab it just to stuff the wine rack. That would last a good while.
That’s a lot of wine
AnonOne of those internet deals she said..I didn't complain because if she gets tipsy....I might get lucky..well worth the money!
Nice! Gonna give that a try
Ive had the braggs apple cider vinegar. How does there liquid aminos taste
like soy sauce
X2. Found out about it cuz we were in a cooking class. More like a group of people pay a private Chef and watch him cook you a 5 course meal. But anyways, one of the people in the group had celiac and the liquid aminos are gluten free, so he used that instead of soy sauce. I couldn’t tell the difference.
You want to be keeping your salt intake medium to high for your powerlifting training Bud.
Yes sir. The low salt soy over here is still pretty high in salt lol. I just think it tastes better I think. Liquid aminos are good for people that don’t fuck with gluten. Or if you want ur salt a little lower, but they’re on the higher end too. Unfortunately as much as I like this meal it isn’t very good for low salt people, unless they use very little of the sauces.
jayiskStan and his rino rants are priceless. check out his take on sodium.

Gotta love Stan. I agree about creatine too. It’s never done shit for me. Maybe I’m just a non responder or I already get enough of it from red meat, but I never got shit from it.
Chicken with rice and broccoli!
Can’t go wrong with simplicity
My girlfriend! Giggity!
A white jacket potatoe with butter and salt, cold chicken with a side of hot onion gravy and a serving of arrabiatta pasta covered in cheese Mmmmm
80 g oatmeal, pb, blueberries, 2 scoops chocolate protein
Then
96 lean beef with jazmine rice and advocado mixed in
Or
96 lean beef inside an omlette with salasa and advocado
Chicken Breast, sweet potato and Avacado is my breakfast every morning.
There’s some fat but it’s good fats.
Sometimes I substitute oatmeal but the potato takes care of vitamin a for the day.
Usually add hot sauce.
AnonThat...is an interesting combination for breakfast..all good foods though! I do cottage cheese, bagels and a shake, but eat again an hour later lol chicken and rice..
AnonChicken and rice...waah waaaahhh
