My wife got me (us) this for Christmas, if any of you guys are meatheads like me and have neck, shoulder, snoring, issues, this is highly recommended. I’m still getting used to sleeping in the position it puts you in, but in a few short days my pinched nerve has drastically improved and my snoring is getting better. Check it out

Lkl0623I need to get something like that. Recently I've been listening to medit myation/relaxation music while I sleep and I sleep so much better. It helps a lot with decompressing from stress and personally it eased my nerves from PTSD and helps me stay asleep. I'm going to get that for the neck support and I bet I'll sleep like a fucking baby. I slept without a pillow for the better part of a decade while locked up and learned the importance of investing in a decent memory foam pillow and neck support. That mf right looks comfortable as hell. What is it called and where did y'all get it?

Yeah man, but elevates the head while taking weight off of the shoulder and squishing your neck. I’m still getting used to it, but specific issues are already improving.

Women have something called grey sweatpants season. Seems it's easier to spot a dudes package in grey sweats than other colors. I always wear black incase that's really a thing.

I haven’t tried this particular item but I will say I snored loudly for years and suffered from sub optimal sleep from poor neck position until I started experimenting with different pillow combinations and heights to find one that works. I now have a firm memory foam on the bottom and a softer one on top. This has had the added bonus of curing my chronic shoulder pain that I thought was from over working my anterior delt. This is actually something I think a lot of guys struggle with and there needs to be more awareness about.
I’m getting less numbness already. Most of us here are carrying a lot more weight then we were programmed to have, it takes its toll over time.
I’m honestly not as big as most of the guys I’ve seen posting pics on this site and it’s been a problem for me for years. I read somewhere that the pharyngeal muscles have a lot of androgen receptors and grow a lot on cycle which is part of the reason so many really big dudes get sleep apnea. Since I fixed my pillow situation my hct off cycle has come down like 5 points and I wake up feeling noticeably more refreshed. I’m really hoping that carries over to on cycle as well.

Yeah, it’s definitely big. So far, it’s only been a few days, but it’s drastically improved my snoring. I can’t say stopped, but for me any improvement is a good thing. I have apnea and the snoring is deafening.
Dude, have you ever woke up with a swollen uvula from snoring so much? Everytime you swallow spit, your uvula gets pulled down while swallowing..
