Bahaha it just always astonished me how much you could taste the shit after injection. Crazy how when you crack a vial it’ll make a whole room smell like the stuff.
YES, I get blasted in the face every morning when I open medicine cabinet in my bathroom, even non-inject days I get other items from cabinet and smell fills the room. The taste doesn’t hit me as bad now that I’m “expecting it”. Was weird bc I also had the taste for quite awhile after first time.
Wait until you inject close or into a vein !! One time I injected a tren/test blend in my delt with a 29g, but didn’t aspirate. Just as I finished pushing I started hearing ringing and my vision slowly went to black. Woke up on the bathroom floor with a little trail of blood down my arm and the needle on the floor. I am still not 100%, but I assume I injected into a vein. I ALWAYS aspirate now just to be safe. Was not a fun experience, but I’m alive lol!

I’ve only ever had it be a problem with 1/2” 29-30g pins. Anything 1”-1 1/2” has never drawn back blood. My Nurse Practitioner mother said the same mostly unnecessary, but with short needles in obscure muscles it’s better safe than sorry! A tiny bit of air pressure is much less dangerous than a IV’d cc of tren mix I’d bet haha.
I agree though it’s very very very rare as I said through over a decade almost 15 years of needles and I’ve only had that one experience then got blood in the barrel during aspirating with a 29g 1/2” a couple years ago and threw it out and retried.
