Giving the missus props for this one last night.
Was absolutely beautiful!! So easy to get into you as well.
Ingredients:
Fresh chicken breasts
Fresh coriander
Onions
Fresh peppers
Tikka sauce
Basmati rice
Calories 1250
I use a lot of basmati rice as I find it lighter and easier to get down when you need to get that meal into you! Hope it helps for some ideas for the hard gainers out there.

As a proper Asian I can say we claim this dish as a “Orange Chicken Bowl” and denounce the claim this is a “Tikka” dish. But it does look good.

My wife loves chicken tikka masala. This reminded me I hadn’t made it in a while. Mine might not be fully traditional. She likes some sautéed mushrooms and roasted squash in hers. Used acorn squash this time.

Sorta. My “tupperware” is glass. So all leftovers at my house get put in glass containers. I don’t really meal prep anymore per se. I cook every day. Sometimes the batches are big and I put the left overs away. Wife will eat those while I travel for work this week. I’ll cook her something else up until I leave. Then she’s left with some options in the fridge until I get back

At this point, I see it all as setting an example for my daughter. A man provides. Be it money, safety, comfort, food, etc. He doesn’t sit on the couch with his feet propped up while everyone else works in the house. If I’m alive and breathing, I will provide in any way necessary for the household from the moment I’m awake until I moment I go to sleep. And that’s usually before everyone else is awake and after everyone else is asleep.
I just hope when she’s old enough she realizes she deserves a partner who does same. As well as her being that kind of partner in return.
