Blood Test prices and company UK

I was put on trt at 150mg a week. I’m 50 years old. I went on a mini cycle of test 300mg and var 20mg for 12 weeks. Got some excellent gains. Now I’m 2 weeks post cycle (back on 150mg trt) looking for blood work in uk.
Who does anybody advise ? Am I looking for as many bio markers as possible ? Just the 4 ?
And what prices do you pay ? For the more comprehensive results I’m looking at £80 and above.
Any help would be appreciated.

BJJ UNIVERSEIt's actually not bad, but it's worth adding some more things, such as prolactin and homocysteine.
Is that still the case as I’m 50 years old and also take copious amounts of vitamins ?
