Lost over half my gains
So I just finished a cycle of test c and dbol a few weeks ago and I've been sweating profusely and having excessive diarrhea. It's hard to control the sweating because I do carpentry and the job I'm at right now, the sun is beaming on me all day long. As far as the diarrhea, I have been drinking more water than I ever have, so I'm at a loss. I was 164 last week and I weighed myself yesterday morning, and I'm down to 156.
Has anyone experienced loss of gains to this magnitude, in such a short period of time? My eating habits and exercise has not changed.
I'm all ears. Thanks in advanced.
Also, I've been doing research for my next cycle. I'm waiting to start it until about 2 months being off of gear, and until my labs are back to normal, but I already have test c and tren e set aside because I'm planning on running a low cycle of tren next.
I feel more comfortable hopping on here for information, rather than discussing this with my friends/coworkers that do steroids because they don't do their labs or proper PCT and I'd like to go about my usage the safest way possible.

Whenever I visit my mother there’s no a/c plus it’s like 10 hours of travel each way and I eat much less while I’m there and just do work to help with her house while I’m there and don’t train usually. I’ll lose anywhere from 8-13 pounds in week visiting. But I can also gain it back within a week or two.
Also just on regular days if I miss a bout two meals one day and another two the next and don’t drink as much water I can drop like 7 pounds by the third day, but again it’ll come right back in another day or two. It’s just carbs and water. Muscle glycogen and water, even if you’re losing real muscle it would be such a small percentage of that. And again with muscle memory you can gain it back almost as fast as you lost it.
It's called coming off 50mg DBol everyday matey!! First off you lose a tonne of water out of the muscle and stored up Glycogen because of the way DBol shuttles them both into muscle cells and second also a bit of muscle weight too. No doubt you have also got weaker.

After cycle less muscle glycogen, less estro can contribute to a loss of water which results in lost weight. Also Dbol is known to suppress cortisol levels and at times you'll get a cortisol rebound. As far as the sun, man I don't work outside and I've lost a few pounds just sweating in this heat
It's water bro. I do similar work, I swing 10lbs from morning to night and back in a single day. D bol gains are 90% water.
We all learn from our mistakes. As for now grab yourself some electrolytes, it will help with the fluids you’re losing through sweating and the shits. Live an learn.
Sounds a lot like you lost your water weight. Muscle won’t atrophy that quickly even with super low test levels.
Speaking of low test levels yours are most likely insanely low and you will atrophy faster than most over time if you don’t pct properly.
Profoundly stupid not to have your pct ready before you started the cycle. Live and learn I guess.
Copy that. And I agree 100%. That’s why I’m here. My coworkers just run whatever and don’t do PCT. I did the exact same and that’s where I fell short. I’m here to learn what to do and what not to do before I start another cycle. Definitely a learning experience.
What was pct? Bloods? Stats? Diet?
Keep in mind that I based this cycle off of one of my coworkers recommendations. This was before I discovered this site.
200mg test c/week for the first 2 weeks
200mg test c/week & 50mg dbol/day for 6 weeks
200mg test c/week for the last 2 weeks
I had taken Arimidex during my cycle but still got mild gyno. As far as PCT, I've just been taking the Iron Labs PCT supplement, as my Nolva hasn't come in yet. It's taken longer than expected. Should arrive this week. Bloods are listed on my last thread:

As far as diet, I honestly didn't keep track of numbers. But I ate tons of chicken/rice, pork/mashed potatoes, protein smoothies, etc.
I probably butchered this cycle as I know I didn't do the proper research necessary. That's what I get for listening to my coworkers. And that's a huge reason why I'm here.
We all went that route at one time or another, orals completely destroyed my liver , winstrol gave me scary nose bleeds.. Till this day I swear by 500mg test and proper e2 management.
Test and Tren only had me stronger, leaner , and less sides than test and dbol, I ate through adex like it was nobodies business just to lose that bench PR, fuq that.
Best time to learn was before you started your cycle. Next best time is right now.

There are a lot of good resources on here. This topic is very good. You were bound to lose a lot of weight after dbol regardless.
First cycle should have been just straight up moderate dose of test. And you should definitely have a proper pct before you even begin a cycle.
We all make mistakes though. No point in lamenting the past. Live and learn and do better next time.

Thank you very much. I can take constructive criticism. Especially when I know I didn’t go about it properly. I do appreciate everybody’s feedback on here. Whether people think I’m an idiot or not, this is a learning lesson for sure. Will not make the same mistake twice. I’ll figure out a proper cycle, confirm on here, and have what I need ahead of time before starting.
Yep got that right. You CANNOT learn on the job while using gear. Best not to at least. You'll mess around and fk yourself up.

Test was too low and dbol was way too high for a first cycle. You’ll sort yourself out, bloodwork will tell the tale.

You need to list the dosage and length of your last cycle but it sounds like you taking gear, as soon as you stopped you expelled all that water the drugs were helping you maintain while on.
Do some serious research on this site because this is what will happen to you each time if you don't follow the correct protocols.
Understandable. I didn't do the necessary research so I made my bed on this cycle. Definitely not going to start another one until I dot my I's and cross my T's.
