+ 23 Just a Quick tip - 50mg Zinc Tablets

ad

I am sure a lot of the more experienced members know about the benefits of supplementing with Zinc on top of a healthy diet, but for the newer guys here I think it will be something of great help to you in addition to your Steroid cycle.

I first came across this little known helper from another group of friends about 4 years ago now and the habit has stuck ever since. Zinc is a great little additional supplement to take in addition to your Daily Vitamin regime (which you should be taking if cycling AAS) which brings many immediately noticeable health benefits.

The main benefit you will really notice is to your Sexual Health almost immediately, this stuff makes you feel super horny for as long as you are taking it. After a few days of using it and you have built up a good level in the bloodstream you literally cannot get yourself off Pornhub particularly if you use steroids LOL

Its renown for acting as a potent Anti Estrogen and Anti Progesterone, it may not necessarily be as effective as Adex or Caber but it will more than help keep your levels healthy and in check, and for the price of 180 tablets its well worth it (£4). Under normal circumstances it is also extremely effective for regulating natural testosterone levels and stimulating the testicles, as well as keeping sperm healthy and fertile. It also helps control Insulin levels and can reduce the risk of Type 2 Diabetes by lowering blood sugar levels.

If I run Trenbolone then I often cycle it with NPP to counteract the tendon and joint dryness it can cause, which of course will raise total progesterone levels. When mine gets too high I get a gassy bloated feeling in my stomach area and digestive tract, but if I just use 50mg of Zinc everyday I get none of this whatsoever. I have tested this on a number of occasions and every time my findings have stood true. So if you are just using one of these 19 nors on its own, its all I think you may need and it will negate the need for any Cabergoline, many of you may know that Caber is renown for crashing progesterone levels by new users being over zealous with it - this then results in feeling horrific for 4 months and being unable to get an erection whilst you are waiting for your levels to recover again. If you need something on the lighter side to help control estrogen levels too and still keep some joint comfort going then this could also be a better alternative than an AI. Something to bare in mind and try out if you don't already use it Good

There is of course countless other benefits to taking Zinc including improved appetite, antioxidant qualities, improved mental health, better and healthier prostate levels, healthier hair and nails, better sense of smell and taste etc.

Honestly, if I were only going to take 3 tabs it would be 375mg Magnesium, 4000iu of Vit D and 50mg Zinc mate. Those 3 I feel give the most rewards in what we do - then 1g Vit C, 1000mcg B12, Folate & a Good Multi Vit on top. When I am taking all those ED I feel brilliant and Horny as hell 24/7 Lol

Ive just joined so this is actually my first post - hello everyone.

I wanted to add a note of caution also around zinc and to not get carried away and try take more than about 50mg , because even that is against recommended levels (its fine, but I wouldnt go much higher).
Reason being is too much will result zinc toxicity , which having experienced myself I can say it not nice at all . Left me with liquids flying out both end for the day and wiped out for a couple of days. That was just from taking 2 x 50mg tablets (I didnt realise I tool one already)

Soooo I guess I’ll ask…. But does it work for females?? Asking for a friend.

Greg's picture

What kind of female? The kind that can hive babies or the kind that aren't equipped to have babies?

Lowkey_77's picture

She can’t have babies anymore

23Sparta's picture

lol. In my head I’m thinking that type of vitamin may compliment/have some synergy with HCG

Rosschestzip's picture

Ya probably, it would make sense. But sense it’s like a blend, it might have all the right ingredients but not in high enough doses

Very true

I think it should be mentioned to buy in the body’s preferred source for maximum absorption and effectiveness which is picolonate being the best and sulfate being the least effective. Citrate, glycerate and acetate are also very effective.

I always get the Citrate ones.

Zinc fixes hormone flu as well with the mega B and mega C. EmergenC has the right mix for hormone flu/test flu. Its good to have a multi vitamin imo. I liked twinlabs (its powdered capsule) but the liquid multis havent given any stomach grief like some of the hard pills do.

Jameshobbis's picture

I was a manager at holland and barrett for about 4 years haha! I take zinc with chelated copper, magnesium, b6, 1500mg ashwaghanda ksm66 and a finasteride tab (to save the hair haha) every evening before bed

press1's picture

No Way Mate!!! Did you use to get good discount off all the products then?! How come you left?

Jameshobbis's picture

Yeahh would get 40% discount off of the ticket prices back then even the bits that were already half price or on the penny sale so was class. It used to be a really goof company to work for theyd really look after you. Alot to learn youd have to take a test every year and youd get a pay rise if you passed and youd also get a % added to your wages of everything sold on the days youd work but it then got taken over by a big big company and it all went to shit you just become another number and was all about them making money so i went on to bigger and better things but i did enjoy my years there to be fair

robb's picture

That's why they don't do the punny sales anymore I'd guess unless I just missed them all together. Used to have great deals in their. And everything was always a little cheaper than their competitors.

press1's picture

Man that all sounded great back then, especially if you had a genuine and active interest in health and supplements. I imagine too it really motivated the sales staff to sell more on their work days, which of course all makes the company do really well until they get bought out by another big, greedy company who no longer gives a shit about the staff or company. Same thing happened with Morrisons when they got bought out a few years back, was all great food and cheap prices until it got taken over and they made it as expensive as Sainsburys and got rid of all the really tasty food I liked.

Zinc also interrupts viral reproduction & as such is used to prevent colds and other infections. It is very effective.

Hope you are keeping well mate Smile

bigred250's picture

That’s good stuff right there!! What ypu know about vitamin k? I understand bodybuilders should take it but idk why or how much

Nattyboomba's picture

K (particularly k2) is crucial for cardiovascular health, bone health, dental health & metabolism. It also has shown cancer preventative properties. Assists in blood clotting. The biggest mechanism is in calcium metabolism. Is cleans calcium buildup in the arteries and pineal gland, as well as other places the body is known to build up errant calcium deposits (The industrial additives in drinking water & processed foods leads to low quality calcium deposits in the brain and cardiovascular system). Benefits are increased when paired with vitamin D & A

bigred250's picture

Thanks for the awesome info here. Will def scoop some up! What’s a good dosage you think?

In a promo × 2
press1's picture

I know its required for good Blood clotting but other than that not a great deal buddy, I was just reading that some forms of it can interfere with Glutathione production in the body so it may be something not to go overboard with. Something I have begun taking again is MSM powder (Methylsulfonylmethane) as I still have a big 500g bag of it lol Now that stuff is really useful for Glutathione production, Collagen & Glucosamine production, liver detoxification, anti joint and muscle inflammation, tendonitis etc

Mac12769's picture

I take it everyday bro.....definitely helps that libido, etc. Smile

I always forget but are you able to let me know the zinc you currently take? DM if you c ant on the thread.
Thank you sir

press1's picture

I take just regular Zinc Citrate from Peaksupps in the UK mate, there are various forms of it you can buy but I have always done well with that version and its very cheap.

Rosschestzip's picture

So I’ve had this bottle of zinc sitting here this whole time and I could’ve been using it?!!? Thank mane for the info!

High progesterone can cus gut trouble hmmm, interesting, I never knew that. Today I just added NaC and magnesium to my supplements and I have the zinc already just haven’t been taking it, guess it’s a perfect time to start.

I take zinc bisglycinate, I agree with press1, the difference is noticeable.

press1's picture

Ohh yes bud definitely add it in asap, I guarantee you will notice a difference on it. Goes great alongside magnesium too.
