Testicular Atrophy Timeline

I took my first pin of Test C 10 days ago. I took my second pin 3 days ago. Both pins were 250mg. I’m already noticing testicular atrophy and a touch of soreness and tenderness in my boys.
Is it normal for testicular atrophy to start so early and cause tenderness? It’s not horrible, just feels like I can feel a change occurring.
Please let me know your personal experiences with testicular atrophy if you are willing to share.
