I’m posting here because I have better luck getting a response. I have had nonstop issues this year with naps and I hate to say that because I’ve been using naps for 7 or so years with no issues.
My first issue was my order I placed and was shipped on Feb. 12th from dragon, I still haven’t received it and it has made no movement since the 12th. I was told to wait 10 more days so I’m waiting on that.
My latest issue happened today. I only received 1/2 my order from Pharmaqo. I ordered 2 NPP and 2 Cyp, all I received was 2 NPP. I double checked my order to see if maybe they noted 2 packages or a half shipment and they did not. It was supposed to be the whole thing.
I created a ticket, but these shipping issues in 2024 are pretty abundant.
Chinese New Year pretty much wipes the whole of February Shipping out bud, everything from China gets caught up in a backlog. Packs have started to move again for many yesterday with updates coming in on tracking locations.
Thank you for putting my mind at ease with the Dragon shipment.
I figured there would be a delay since it was the Chinese New Year (it was even noted on the site when I ordered). I accepted that the package would be late, and still have about 8 days until the 40-day mark so hopefully, this tracking number will have an update before then because I hate feeling like I am complaining too much when prior to this, I have had really smooth transactions. It's just a lot of money that's up in the air right now. I know either way Naps will figure it out.
I am more frustrated with Pharmaqo for only sending me 1/2 my order and claiming they sent the whole thing. This is the first time I have used Pharmaqo, but they had everything I needed for myself and the wife, and they are domestic, so I was thinking about using them moving forward until they shorted me. I am sure this isn't Naps' fault and I don't want them to think I am blaming them, I just want everything sorted out.
As far as I am aware, whenever you order products through a Source it is then their responsibility to sort out the order if the the actual Lab sent a short order to you. This is one of the main benefits of ordering through a source in that you are protected should there be a problem with the order.
I put a lot of trust in Naps, they haven't done me wrong in all the years I have used them as a source. You are right, they are our line of defense regarding things like this. It's going to be like Christmas morning at my house when everything finally shows up! I hope it was just an honest mistake by Pharmaqo and they send the rest quickly. From the day I got the tracking number to the day I received the package was about 3 days so the review would have been excellent had it not been short.
Replying as an update. I was contacted by support and sent the necessary photo and info on what I received. I was given various options including store credit, the same thing but from a different manufacturer, adding these to the next order, or just a simple immediate reshipment. I chose a reshipment. Hopefully, all goes well and the gear will arrive soon.
Naps support was friendly and helpful as always.

Hoping posting on here will help me get my order of TSG labs Test C reshipped. Order arrived with unlabeled vials and I’m not 100% comfortable with these. Easy to get substances mixed up when filling unlabeled vials. Naps offered to reship in an email but customer service won’t do it. I don’t understand
We've confirmed with TSG Labs, and they confirmed that its test c , They had wrong labels for test C, that's why he sent without labels

Site continues to send me to an error, I was able to put in a partial order from dragon and was going to follow it up with the rest of my order soon, but it’s been well over 2 weeks, it shipped international bridge on the 12th of February and has made zero movement since. Getting a little concerned, but I can’t even get on the site to request some kind of update. The site being unreachable also led to my discount expiring before I could put in an order. Been using naps for several years with no issues until now.

Hello. I am having issues accessing the Napsgear site. I am getting the date-based error that some others have gotten. I have set my security on Chrome to low, I have changed browsers and still getting errors. It is saying that the SSL cert is invalid. I am getting this error on my phone as well. I have used naps for years and haven't had this issue before. Thank you for your time.
