Exploring the Benefits and Risks of SARMS: Personal Experiences and Insights
Hey fellow fitness enthusiasts,
I've been intrigued by the buzz surrounding Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMS) lately and wanted to open up a discussion about our collective experiences and insights.
As someone who's always striving to optimize my fitness journeyhttps://geometrydash-unblocked.com, I've considered incorporating SARMS into my regimen to potentially enhance muscle growth and performance. However, I'm also aware of the controversies and risks associated with these compounds.
I'm eager to hear from those who have firsthand experience with SARMS - whether positive or negative. What benefits have you observed? What risks or side effects, if any, have you encountered? Additionally, I'm interested in any advice or precautions you might have for someone considering SARMS as part of their fitness routine.
Let's use this thread as a platform for honest and open dialogue, sharing our knowledge and perspectives to help each other make informed decisions about SARMS.
I hope everyone can freely share their opinions here.
Best regards,

bamomIt's a valid point to emphasize the lack of extensive human trials for SARMs compared to anabolic steroids. While some users report decent results, the potential risks can't be overlooked. I've experimented with a couple of SARMs myself, like Ostarine, and noticed some lean muscle gains, but I also experienced a dip in my natural testosterone levels post-cycle. It's definitely a trade-off, and I think it's crucial for anyone considering them to be fully aware of the possible side effects. Have any of you found ways to mitigate those risks during your cycles?
I've put quite a few hours into researching SARMS in the recent months and finding out which are the most effective ones. Problem is with every damn article you read you think its unbiased and purely informational, then you get halfway through it and realise its a marketing sales advert by a company selling their own product. Also when you are looking to run a steroid or sarm you are looking for certain properties that you will get back from it - So if say you are looking for the best one to make you stronger, then no joke - on every single sarm pretty much you see listed in the sales pitch it will list amazing strength gains!! Lmao Or look for one that also gives fat loss and guess what? Everyone also does that! So it really ends up being a case of what the hell do you believe other than to try them all. Although they are listed as side effect free, if you delve a little deeper you will see there have been a lot of people admitted to the ER with liver jaundice from them which makes them quite a grey area too. With Oral AAS we already know which ones are potentially bad for you and at what dose, but with sarms we are really just stabbing in the dark with relatively new compounds. That being said I have some LGD 4033 but haven't got round to opening it yet but will do at some point.
anvilEasy answer to this is - they do not work as good as steroids and still have negative impact on your body. Steroids have hundreds of clinical trials in humans dating back to the 70s, SARMS do not, a lot of animal studies but not human trails. Cardarine in preclinical studies is associated with numerous cancers, and in animal studies proved toxic. There is no safe SARM or steroid just ones that more toxic and some less. Should move this to the SARMS section, since this discussion has been done there already.
Thank you for your comments
