+ 1 2023 Growth Phase and Clean Up / Gearing Up 2 Grow
So, as you can see. Growth phase wasn’t as successful as I had planned. Preparing for a wedding had a lot to do with that. First 4 photos are peak bulk around 212-214lb. Goal was 225lb. Just couldn’t get there. Ready to rebound and take full advantage of insulin sensitivity and GROW for the next 16-20wks. Thinking of just running tried and true compounds. Around 700mg-1G Test if needed. Deca 600mg/wk. If necessary maybe even throw in some EQ at around 600mg-800mg/wk. Ancillaries on hand and some orals if I want to peak strength the last tail of the cycle. Will also be trying to afford enough GH to run 4-6iu throughout. Any advice is welcomed and would love to hear anyone’s thoughts and opinions. Thanks. Cheers boys!!
*BTW first 4 photos are the bulk, last 3 are peak cut at around 9-10% 6’0” 179-182lb.

dont give up brother, focus on adding quality tissue and how are you looking every week, instead of whats the number on the scale. numbers on the scale can play you mental games, and you could make some mistakes. you made a great progress within all those months keep pushing every day don't skip a workout and any single meal.
Thanks brother, appreciate the insight and compliment. This game is no easy one. Everyone thinks that guys that take gear just magically get yuuuuge. All of us that have actually been training, eating, sleeping, supplementing, taking vitamins, getting good sleep AND of course taking PEDS, we all know that it takes all of the above. Day in and day out. It's literally a 24/7 hobby and job/career to some. All I know is that I absolutely love it. The art of it. The strengthening of the mind and body. I got into this shit to of course get stronger and look better. What I've found to be much more powerful and positive was the mental changes. It helped me climb out of a dark place. Helped me to overcome addictions. It's enabled me to be a better father, husband, employee, friend and most of all just a better version of myself. Cheers brother! Thanks for the input. I hope to hear some more advice and motivation. Thanks brother!
