I’ll explain,
So I’m standing in line at a local grocery store yesterday and an older lady behind me comments on my arms then proceeds to grab them saying, “I need to get arms like these!” She then mentions her son lifts weights and pulls out her phone to show me a picture. Now, this isn’t really a big issue for me, I just chalk it up to being a bigger guy and take it as a compliment because I put the work in lol.
But later on that same day during my workout, I had an older guy come up to me after a set and proceed to touch point to my tricep asking “how do I develop this muscle better?”. Now again, I just chalk it up to being in shape and begin to explain to him certain exercises to try.
Both interactions were pretty wholesome and honestly made me feel even more confident in myself.
But I’m curious if anyone else has gone through similar experiences in public places? How do you react? What’s your take on people putting their hands or fingers on you unwarranted?

Oh for sure , I've been publicly raped by older woman several times . Grabbing my arms , Rubbing my chest or just going straight for my junk.
I used to have what can only be described as a “huge fan” at a gym I used to train in. I moved gyms in the end as she used to hassle me and put her hands on me all the time, despite telling her I wasn’t interested, married etc. If I’d behaved that way to a woman, I’d have been looked at as a creepy weirdo. SAME! Its always the older women that make comments and look me up and down lol I just take it as a compliment for the hard work I put in. My wife loves it when I tell her about the comments I get as I am strolling through the grocery store she thinks its hilarious.
