I am new to the scene and first time customer and first ever order. From the get go, dealing with Rob was seamless and we were in constant communication. After a week of my order not progressing through tracking Rob re-shipped with any questions.
My subsequent order (second paid for order) was shipped and received promptly.
For this my overall experience is an overwhelming 10/10
Feeling fantastic on the Test-E and can't wait to blast the RIP Blend soon.
Customer service is outstanding. Rob is constantly communicating via emails and promptly responds to queries.
The ordering process was at first a little daunting, being Bitcoin - however, the AuStarLabs site is really well setup for simple copy and pastes of the Bitcoin Wallet addresses and amounts.
As a crypto novice - this made it a fast and efficient transaction for me.
Items were shipped promptly on both occasions when I have ordered - even the re-shipping of the "lost "order was promptly despatched (and received).
Items are well packaged to minimise breakage - and come in discreet Aus Post Satchel.

Have been consistently taken care of for well over 2 years now.

I haven’t tried the vials yet but started on the anadrol and already feeling surreal

+ 1I've been getting my oils from Austarlabs the past couple months. I've tried his Test E and Deca. Felt crazy good on the Test till my E2 went up but his adex works just fine to bring it back down. The deca made me agitated and angry and it made my sleep a bit worse but I gained 6kg in 2 weeks from it (water retention probably). Body fat has gone down on a bulk somehow. When I stop managing my E2 I get a lot more facial acne but I've never had any chest/backne. I had a bit of PIP the first few pins but this was probably because I was a first time user and didn't know what I was doing. About 1 in 10 shots gets red and swollen and turns into a "sterile abscess" but this is just a downside of injecting subq. Strength has gone up a fair bit, added 10kg to my bench in 3 weeks after a long plateau.
Being a first time buyer/user I was nervous I was getting scammed, but Rob took care of everything. Quick service and clear communication. I had 2 vials seized in a row but Rob was quick to reship and I haven't had any problems there.
Used test E and deca. Very good stuff. Ran a PED test on the Test and it came back +200mg/mL. Little bit of contamination but probably because i didn't test it properly. Muscle mass has gone up heaps, lifts are going up. I feel great.
Really good service from Rob. I've had 2 parcels seized by customs and he reshipped zero questions and it was on my doorstep 3 days later.
Packaging is always an auspost satchel with a vial wrapped in bubble wrap. I get most of my orders within 3 business days (regional NSW). Only time its been more than that was when my package was seized.

+ 1I have been using Austarlabs since they began this year. I've used Masteron, Test E, Primo, NPP. Anadrol Tested with ped test kit and blood test A OK-- feel like a beast
No PIP, looking in the mirror for body comp I was losing fat gaining muscle. Got low appetite when taking oral, some body acne but nothing out of the usual. One I started feeling tired etc also checking bloods I would know it's time to come of cycle and go to TRT dose.
Rob is an absolute legend, quick response, super fast delivery.
Got more primo on the way, love the discount codes.

Easy process, using this a cruise cycle, but its doing its job so not massive increase in apetite, maintaining consistent strength increases, BP has been always high so no significant changes first time orderer like we all are when we find a new supplier a bit apprehensive but Rob was great, good communication, prompt replies, did have an initial snag with the postage but was resent with no issues, if you plan on ordering suggest express post, snail mail seemed like an eternity, which is no fault of Austarlabs, but aus post

+ 1Have ordered the test e from Austarlabs several times now. Quality gear! The next day I'm feeling like a bull itching ti smash the weights out, waking up with morning wood like a man in his twenties even though I'm mid 50s now. Have been cruising & boosting for the last three months. Watching my calories but at the same time have put on 5kgs and lost body fat.
No pip, smooth as. Sleeping like a champion making noticeable gains in both weight loss and muscularity.
Rob is outstanding can't sing his praises enough. Most of my orders have come through except on the one occasion. Notified Rob, package resent and arrived with in the week. Absolutely no dramas dealing with austarlabs. Highly recommended these guys are my new go to.

+ 1Rob came through again, had a package seized so hit him up after 3rd day of tracking not working, he sent me new tracking 5 hours later and that updated the same day and received the package 2 days later. No extra charge on the re-shipping. It’s so hard to find a quality service in this space.
Ordered the anavar, been running it for 10 days now, working like a charm. Got some Tren A and test P as I’m starting a cut soon. I’ve used the tren A from rob before, the tren is quality.
I honestly can’t fault robs service and professionalism about how her solves issues
Issues with package seized but he didn’t waste anytime re-shipping, no questions asked.
Price is better than you’ll find in gyms and better quality and customer service is A1.. if rob was in another industry (legitimate) he would be winning awards

Tested them as soon as they arrived and they passed with flying colours.
Started off on 10mg and felt it in my hands within days on such a low dose. Although not extravagant, pumps were far more noticeable despite such a low dose.
