Confused about muscle building on dianabol due to his short ester.

Hello,

Today, I'm using 40mg of Dianabol before my workout to kickstart my cycle. However, I'm not certain about how to eat to maximize muscle gains. Here's my concern: I'm currently consuming 4000 calories a day (within approximately 16 hours), but Dianabol has a 4-hour duration of action. So, does the "high protein synthesis" last for about 4 hours? In theory, it seems that I'm only benefiting from the anabolic effect when I'm in the gym, on an empty stomach, and that's not ideal.

I've also been wondering if the combination of the workout and Dianabol significantly increases protein synthesis, and if this elevated protein synthesis persists until the muscles have absorbed the necessary proteins. And then would it make no difference what I eat during the 16-hour timeframe, as digestion typically takes around 24 hours when using a substance with a 4-hour half-life?

I hope I've made myself clear. I'm not a native English speaker, so please let me know if you need further explanations.

Dianabol is nitrogen retention. If that post below is your current cycle then its massive. Looks too long too on deca. Hope youre skilled and on trt.

Hi bro,
Whit dianabol thaï 5mg i UP maximum to 45mg every days. (Or naposim from Romania)
I use 3 tabs morning, 3 tabs post training and 3 tabs before sleep.

Whit dianabol 50mg by tabs (différents labs), i use this before training.

(For me) the best IS not 50mg by tabs in one dosing, divised IS the best.

You need to be splitting that dose and taking multiple times/day due to the short half life. Dbol doesn't have a huge effect on protein synthesis/.nutrient partitioning so you are overthinking that part. You making thins more complicated than need be and stressing over nothing. You need to think more about the glycogen retention it provides. Just take a small dose with every meal and you will be good. I sure hope you are running it alongside some testosterone or you will end up in worse shape then when you started.

If your taking all that and eating 4000 calories you should certainly grow as long as your workouts are breaking down the muscles.

I'd up the calories after a while instead of thinking more hormones.

So this is a low dose cycle you said? This is a full cycle to me. Almost 2 grams of total gear. Not huge but not small. If you were referring to this cycle then it should have an effect on you.

With this cycle with both 750mg deca and tren you'll definitely have prolactin issues I'm sure.

Fast gains huh? I hear that alot. But as the the saying goes...easy come, easy go!

And in my opinion and from what I see tren isn't the " mass builder" some think it is. Yes on paper it looks good for sure. Now I haven't used it just for transparency but to me it's not the ultimate steroid. A buddy tells me he can't gain much on Tren. Others have experienced gains but not the mass they expected. And some love it. Just giving facts.

Im not sure how much you weigh but if your eating 4000 calories and taking 40mg of Dbol then your pretty much good my guy. The microscopic difference youll get from fucking with your eating habits is so minute its not even wirth it IMO... But hey maybe someone else knows a trick or 2

It doesn't have a 4 hour duration but a 4 hour half life. There's a difference. After 4 hours it has half the original amount but that half amount is still active. Just not peaked and not as much of the substance in blood.

Also dbol doesn't have an ester. It's a free hormone that's active. Remember it's also toxic like other orals too. Most don't need 40mg.

I’m not sure anyone is going to be able to quantify the duration of protein synthesis. Just trust that it’s working. Make sure to eat a solid meal about 60-90 minutes post workout.

To each their own but I have to agree with @Pumped in this matter. Gains can be made either way. Some folks I know don't see as good of results as taking it all at once. Again to each their own. Gotta do what works best for your body, not anyone else's. At the end of the day there isn't a one a day vs multiple times study lol. Everything on paper doesn't necessarily translate into real world

Unless you're like me and always forget that second dose screwing up the whole cycle so it was easier just take the whole dose in the morning with my vitamin and breakfast. They actually did studies and there was no real difference in gains between the split doses and single doses. Yes you get a more even blood level but gains wise it doesnt make a difference.
