Yeah dude is ginormous bro. And you're right some of the articles are pretty good just found out the name of this nagging little injury I picked up about a month ago. Friggin golfers elbow guess I'm getting really old these days. Got a retirement injury SMH
I have had this nagging issue with golfers elbow for about 6 months. Always messing up my training. Was talking to a nurse about it and she recommended Meloxicam. Issue solved in less than a week. Unbelievable, my elbows have never felt this good in my entire life.

You are only 3 years older than me Lol Steroid compounds I find amazing for joints are NPP and Dbol, I know you can't run the Dbol long term but you can still get a good few months out of the injectable version and get some amazing relief and cushioning in there. These 2 I find work brilliant for sore shoulders. Its important not to dry yourself out too much with Adex etc.
