ENZYMES- blood thinner + blood pressure

ad

Hey guys I just wanted to share a couple enzyme based supplements that have tremendously help me. I'm 44

Nattokinase

Helps maintain my blood pressure to within normal levels. You must be careful because if you do not have any blood pressure issues this can drop it too low. Finding the right dosage is necessary. I will check my blood pressure again 1-2 hours after taking a dose In the morning. The effects last through the day and night with consistent results, works every time I've been taking it 2 years.

I have also found enzyme works great at keeping my blood thin since I have had some issues with high rbc. This works for me better than baby aspirin no doubt. I still take my omegas which are very important also In this regard.

Serrapeptase

Just like the Natto, it helps break down clots, eat them up. It also helps break down scar tissue. Less crackly, more fluid movements in problem areas. I had a large mass of scar tissue from a motorcycle accident that has been there for over a decade. After a year of taking this enzyme, the mass is less than half the size, softer.

In general, standalone or taken together. I have noticed a huge improvement in my cardio routines, also recovery from sets on lift days.

I have tried a few brands over the course of the years and the cheaper ones weren't as effective.

Hope this can help someone out there

Your supposed to take it before bed time because blood clots almost always occur between 10pm and 6am.

Would you recommend taking telmisartan at night as well?

K cool. I think I will start taking it PM from now on. I do have the 80mg tabs I could also split up my dosage AM/PM.
