I want to keep my hair and I'm not sure if I should add an extra steroid.
primobolan should be safe, but this is DHT and it should be the vest.
Eq gives a high hemocrit and I have everything almost at max level here.
Deca is a catatrophy with finasteride.
What about low dose Tren? Tren has some nasty side effects, but it also depends on the dose.
50 mg a week.
Will it have an effect? How is this for the hair?

gordon fishermanNot to sound harsh but 50mg of tren is pointless imo. If you’re already maxed out with blood levels why not get those in check and give your body some healing time?
Dial your macros in, clean up your diet and possibly stick with the Primobolan imo.
What are you trying to achieve with 50mg of tren?
The risk outweighs the reward drastically with that compound imo.

Trenbolone is probably the worst steroid for aggravating Male pattern baldness and accelerating it, alongside Dianabol and moderate testosterone. If you suffer from MPB and want to run steroids then you are best getting use to the idea that it will go much quicker, you can buy all these other supplements to help things but ultimately you are fighting a losing battle. Between the 2 its much more fun having muscle than it is hair LOL

There are so many guys over here that get hair transplants, mainly footballers as they are the only guys who can afford it and maintain it. Very soon though it starts to thin and go patchy, I think you have to have a tonne of money to be able to get it redone and keep on top of it. I think even if I could afford it I probably wouldn't bother.
For me it’s more of a receding hairline than straight baldness but as I said, you’re probably a handsome fellow who can pull it off. I on the other hand cannot.
The receding hairline comes first simon with gear use, quickly followed by the thinning on top LOL If your father has it then you are screwed, if not you may get away with it.

It’s like $1500 in Istanbul, already looked into it and will make a trip out of it in 3 years. Right there with you my man. My head gets the razor every 48 hours and has for over 30yrs. Ears, nose , and back, not so much. The struggle is real.

I think Anavar might be one of the safest for hairloss. You can also get PRP injections on your scalp to help prevent it from getting worse.
I think that if you have a predisposition for hair loss then it’s gonna go. Eventually. I understand the desire for mitigation but my friend, good luck. All steroids in my mind make your hair fall right out. They did for me at least. Why I tattooed my whole head lol. Now I just look bald and badass haha. Nandrolone is prescribed as an alternative to TRT for men who struggle with hair loss, prostate enlargement, and estrogen related side effects. Do not use Tren or trestolone because you “want to keep your hair” that’s real Darwinism at work right there.

it's been so long since I used Deca.Lol when I did it fucked my sex drive up. The thought of sex made me sick literally..But yeah that's the key with nandrolone, to control prolactin. At that dosage I would think prolactin sides would be at a minimum. But man some use deca at higher mg and have no prolactin issues, but for most it is an issue though. Personally I like to have that high sex drive and energy while on cycle.
It doesn’t counteract the effect of testosterone (rather, DHT) on the hair follicle. If that’s what you’re asking.

Nandrolone is anabolic. Supposedly more so than test. Low dose is relative so I’d need you to be more specific. Some people think 300mg/wk is low.
Any AAS for the most part could result in gaining LBM if your diet and training and sleep are solid.
Was thinking of like 150-200 along with test at 250 or even 200 for each compound. Gonna do a lean bulk if I decide to run the deca. Thought about using EQ along with test for a bill but I keep hearing about people’s anxiety skyrocketing lol
If you are worried about hairloss then use nandrolone 2-4 hundred mg a week with 50-175 of test a week. Use npp not deca - when people say they're getting deca dick is usually because of the a lack of estrogen killing sex drive - not prolactin. You want just enough test to give you the estrogen you need, but not too much that it rips your hair out.
I agree estrogen is important. In my opinion it could be a combination of low estrogen, increased prolactin, increased Dihydronandrolone or either one alone.
Also I've never heard of nandrolone causing hair loss. It's androgenicity is low. Now not sure about its dehydro converting brother Dhn causing hair loss but Dhn is less androgenic than nandrolone.
Yes but the idea is that DHN, ... and Nandrolone too are both less androgenic than your own body's testosterone levels so yes there will be at least some slow down with libido. But in my personal opinion, this is the worthy price to pay for keeping a full head of hair. Especially if I'm not in a relationship or of I'm not getting laid. But when the lucky time comes I'll switch to bold cypionate and put in points.. then I switch back to npp. Been doing this for years.
Dr. Rand on YouTube has never seen an increase in prolactin from his body builder clients on deca. Not saying it doesn't happen but it's not as common as you'd think.

I agree with ghost's comment. And I've stayed away from EQ because of reported anxiety issues. Like stated above I like to feel good. I also remember when a member posted a study about EQ's kidney toxicity. That was a shocker.
I haven’t used EQ in years tbh. I don’t remember much but I only ran it twice at lower doses (300 and 400).
Imo 200/200 test and nandrolone, depending on where that dose of test puts your labs, would be a very conservative and respectable place to start for increasing training and calories to reach your goals of putting on LBM
For me tren is the absolute worst on hair. Like Beirut said nand is the only hair safe compound, I’ve heard ment is also pretty hair safe but haven’t tried it myself yet have 5 vials waiting to bust open though.
The only steroid safer on hair is nandrolone. Los dose tren might not make you shed at first but eventually it will bite.
