Pcushion5-7 days brother. Your pct timing is based off of your longest esters half life. I will give you a few pointers.
1. If you control estrogen on cycle pct with run smoother
2. Lab work is the best way to determine when to run pct
3.Your going to base you on cycle hormone consumption by the week i.e. 400mg test e a week, but your bodies natural production is by the day. 2-11mg per day everyone is different.
Shoot you can google a question like this and get an instant answer rather than waiting and logging back in lol but enanthates i would say 3 weeks to be completely safe for PCT
