-1 First cycle testosterone/trenbolone and gynecomastia
I am male, 26 years old, 87kg, 178cm tall and about 14-15% body fat. I am doing my second cycle in life. The first one I did was a year ago of testosterone and boldenone, with light doses. The one I'm doing now is testosterone 500mg per week and trenbolone 400mg per week. I am now on week 4.
Since the second week of the cycle, I have a fairly significant gynecomastia. After I discovered it, I started taking cabergoline 0.75mg per week (three 0.25mg doses), anastrozole 1mg per day, and tamoxifen 40mg per day. I admit that it is a lot, but it still holds up. I've managed to "stop the growth", but it's still sensitive...
Sorry for my English! It's the first time I'm in an English forum! I have been in other of these topics but in Spanish.
I put here the image of the cycle that I designed for myself. What do you think ? Any help will be welcome!!

I wouldn't be running tren on your 2nd cycle bro...and if I did I would run tren ace not enanthate so u can control your sides better and faster.
I'm very gyno prone and have had it so bad a few times I've had to completely come off cycle, nothing seemed to work to get it gone until I used letro.
I don't recall offhand what lab or dosage I took but I bought some liquid letro and took it 3 times and my gyno was gone completely.
But letro completely kills estrogen so it'll ruin a cycle.
I had to fine tune my dosages and make damn sure I pinned on time and took my aromasin like clockwork and haven't had an issue since.
Tren is rough and hard hitting for most people...I ran cycles at 500wk and up to 700wk and I can honestly say that the few times I ran round 300wk I got the positive gains with far less if any major sides than I did running way higher and getting beat to he'll with sides, couldn't breath, sweat so much I ruined mattresses, extreme rage, acne, gyno, etc....Tren is best for more experienced people which also means more educated.
Maybe run masteron....for me I got a lot of the same benefits from it as I did tren except little to no negative sides, it will take longer than tren but it's better to spend more time than destroy your body and health.
Good luck
I'm seeing a trend here on eroids. Why is Tren (the scariest of PEDs) a go to for beginners? Shit man the more I read on it the more I want to stay away from it! God damnit this dude is 26? FFS!
RustyhookerYour replies....lol
RustyhookerSTOP THE CYCLE
simply genius.......
You might as well forget about any progress with this cycle. You now have to crush estro to control and hopefully reverse the gyno which will bring any potential gains to a screeching halt. You jumped into the deep end of the pool here without learning how to swim first. Since you are only 4-5 wks in, I would bail on this cycle, PCT, get your gyno corrected, research a lot better for your next cycle and come into it more prepared so you don't get caught with your pants down again.
Thank you !! The truth is that only the beginning of gynecomastia caused me problems these weeks, the rest I had no other adverse effect. That's why I thought it was not necessary to break the cycle...
You FRONTLOADED 600mg Trenbolone E on the first week just in case 400mg Tren E wasn't enough. Is there some plonker on Youtube these days advising beginners to get on trenbolone??? Seriously, who told you to run Tren?
(The only reason I haven't negged this is because you at least put some effort into the pretty table)
The first week frontload was done with a factor of 1.5 for both testosterone and trenbolone. I read that it was the most recommended in case of not starting with an oral such as dianabol to give that "kick-start".
Trenbolone is a compound for a 5th cycle or similar, once you have enough experience on how to manage a basic cycle such as Test only or Test plus another basic compound. The only reason to front load a cycle is if you are intermediate to advanced level and even then it is debateable as to whether it is really necessary or not. I have done many Tren cycles and never once have I frontloaded it, there is simply no need to as it is so strong.
As I've stated in your other post....test/tren for your 2nd cycle is a bit overkill and dosages are too much. At this rate, what does your 3rd, 4th 5th cycle look like? You could've reaped the benefit of "test only" cycle for your first 3-4 runs THEN proceeded to add other compounds. You would know exactly how you respond to Test and would have the "mitigation of negative sides" handled. Tren will hog the receptors and leave Test just floating around, which equates to negative sides. I prefer to keep test low when on tren personally, I'd lower dosages. 1mg Anastrozole a day is overkill also....crashing your estrogen is a nightmare which you want no part of. You really need bloodwork to dial in and prevent "guessing game". Pump the brakes some and enjoy the ride. Good luck
Thank you !! I'm going to do an analysis and for the moment lower the anastrozole to 0.5mg per day. What symptoms are the most noticeable of low estrogen?
Thank you ! I decided to go on such a cycle because on my first cycle 500mg testo/500mg boldenone per week, I had minimal gains in 12 weeks. The truth is that I responded little... The positive thing to note is that I did not have even 1 adverse effect, nothing at all...
I'll lower the testosterone dose to 400mg per week, okay? Or should I lower it a bit more?
Rustyhookerminimal gains in 12 weeks
Do you even hoist? First cycle of 300mg test i added 15 solid. So does every other rookie. I wanna see those nip pix....youre trollin....
No no no, second cycle and you run tren? Bruh just come off. PCT and get some raloxifene.
The truth is that I have a very poor response to androgens. My first cycle was testosterone 500mg per week with boldenone 500mg per week as well. I was in a cycle for 12 weeks, with training from Monday to Friday, a good diet, and my gains were very few...
I am now starting the fifth week of this testo/tren cycle, and still no physical changes... just the gyno...
No gains is 100% due to your diet. Impossible to not make any gains if lifting is adequate, AAS are real, and you are eating enough for growth. People who complain about no gains are always lacking in the diet department.
Thank you ! The diet was given to me by a sports nutritionist, I was confident that I was fine. But I'm going to talk to him...
Sounds like you don't have any idea of what you're doing. Start from scratch naturally. If you can't gain muscle naturally, you aren't going to on gear. Learn the basics and don't get on anything until you do A LOT of research. Good luck
I trained 5 natural years, I gained a total of 25kg of which 18kg were muscle mass in these years. But as I got into my fifth year, I was hitting my natural "cap" so to speak. I look good, I maintain myself well, I have good muscle mass, controlled fat, but I don't grow more.
