Surprising blood test results - 23 years old
Hello guys, long time lurker never used, but I like reading about this stuff anyway.
I have been training for 6 - 7 years regularly (good diet and skipped maybe 6 gym session's in that time frame). I went and got my blood test done for the first time for fun and got a low total and somewhat high-ish free test.
Is this a good indicator of a possible need for trt?
I sleep 8-10 hours daily, no high stress in life, and as of late low libido and some ED, I was a bit depressed before I started working, but all good now
stats: 6 foot 4 inches = 193.04 centimeters, around 16% bf atm(bulking) with a 375lbs(170kg) squat, 330lbs(150kg) bench and a 485lbs(220kg) deadlift
302 ng/dl total test and 20 ng/dl free test (I converted it)

Thank you
P.S. I am not asking this is a medical advice, but I am guessing you guys do know heck of a lot more than me on this so I am looking for some opinions and yes I should ask my doctor, but she won't give two shits about it if it ain't life threatening and she is against steroids (She has been my doc for 20 years so I know).

You're too young to use steroids or to have an account at eroids.com
i wont take trt route at your age man, maybe just make some changes in your diet, high fat high protein do wonder for your testosterone
AnonWhy high fat?
I am usually on high protein and high carb diet as it effects my lifting better.
Ah I ain't jumping the gun as of yet, plan is to continue normally and retest myself in 10 weeks in 2 clinics and see if this was just a fluke.
I think total test can fluctate a lot as well.
because the testosterone, is synthesized from cholesterol, if u like your carbs thats ok but u need to do couple of days high fat and low carb just cycle the carbs and u will feel and look better bro
AnonI went trough some studies and the difference with that is max 10%, though that is prob.just a median. I will try it the way you said it, thank you.
