Best time of day.
So I've been using GH for the last few months, different brands, but mostly well reviewed sources at 4iu or 5iu per day. I've been astounded by the results, everything is better, energy, sleep, bodyfat, lowest I've ever been which considering I'm 48 now with several injuries which limit training options is pretty good going.
I take my 5iu in the morning, somewhere between 8am and 9am but I've been reading that night time injections are superior? An hour before sleep is generally the advice. My problem and why I haven't done this so far is I struggle to get to sleep, chronic insomnia. Plus, and I know it's not ideal, I tend to eat midway through the night, sounds strange but it helps me get back to sleep. So I've always been concerned that said food intake will mess with the GH doing its thing?
Anyone got any good advice, or is it a case of its not broke don't fix it?

I pin early AM, usually 4am or so and early afternoon. Around 3pm. I try and catch it between meals as I have to eat all the time.
RoidwarehouseI Always Pin First thing in the morning. I figure the fact I’m moving around a lit helps circulate and avoids any unwanted lumps in the glutes especially. Tabs get munched down at the same time too.
RustyhookerI pin in the morning folliwing workout...figure 3hr-ish is the peak and hit a lil meal at that peak. Im like you where 3am i snack then back to bed but gh has improved sleeping a ton.
I would pin prewo. It will release fatty acids that will be used to fuel workout and you will burn off more fat.
How long before pre-work out would you advise?
I pin right before I leave for the gym so that is about 15min for me. I would say pin within an hour of workout would be good timeframe.

Best times to take are first thing in the morning and pre-workout. Like you said if it ain't broke don't try to fix it.
