Opinions on first cycle / bloods baseline results

Hi,

I'd like some opinions on the cycle I'd like to run as well as if my bloods are in good condition to run the following cycle, which is mainly for strength improvement and a lean bulk. I'll have an AI on hand in case if it is needed, although if anyone here could clarify at what estrogen levels it would be advisable to use it I'd highly appreciate it.

Week 1-12: Test C 300mg p/w (150x2)
Week 1-12: HCG 250 IU - 2x a week
Week 5-12: Anavar 25mg
Week 5-21 MK677 10mg
Week 5-21 Caradine 10mg
Week 14-18 Nolva at 40/40/20/20

Current bloods
Test total - 16.4 nmol/l
Free test - 0.412 nmol/l
Oestrogen - 64.1 pmol/l
FSH - 1.79 iu/l
LH - 7.72 iu/l
SHBH - 20.6 nmol/l
LDL - 1.69 nmol/l
HDL - 1.31 nmol/l
eGFR - 104.14 ml/min/1.73m2
Albumin - 46.5 g/L

Current body weight at 82kg, 173cm and approximately 14-15% body fat
I'll be running bloods halfway through the cycle, again on week 13 and finally on week 22 as well. If there's a better way of doing this please let me know. It'll be my first cycle so any information on how to improve on this would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Go to the beginners group Rusty mentioned. What you have there is a no go for a cycle. Research some more and you will figure out why and then come back with revised cycle. What are you planning for diet. That is going to be even more important than running a cycle in the first place. Cycling doesn't cover up for a shitty diet. TDEE and macros, spell those out too.

I'll have a read though the group mentioned, thought I needed to request access to it as per the registration process, my bad.

For diet, a macro split of approximately 350C / 200F / 300P / 4400kcal total is what I'll be after (400kcal increase to my current maintenance, although I might have to increase it more if my maintenance changes). I only eat "clean" non-processed food, diet consisting of dairy products, oats, potatoes, beef, chicken and fruit. Supplementing any micro nutrients as needed. As for MK, would it not be a good idea to combat the lowered IGF levels from Nolva, or with Caradine to prevent good cholesterol levels from dropping?

Medical studies I've read have stated a low dose of anavar and test (in this particular one it was 100mg p/w + 20mg anavar) producing better results than 600mg of test alone. Running test for 4 weeks would give a decent time to find out tolerance from it, possibly via running a blood test early on and as for mk/caradine I have run them before without any side effects.

HCG is the only potential concern however ideally I'd like to keep my LH and FSH levels from crashing / then having to restart them as opposed to simply keeping them running as normal for the cycle. Desensitization from HCG mainly comes from blasting in PCT stage thus running on cycle would keep said levels stable and prime for recovery when coming out of the cycle, no?
