Is this better?

The first time I tried the Cialas was 3 hours pre-workout. I super-setted tris and bis, then 2 more drop sets with increasingly high reps. It was a good workout and I had a tight shirt sleeve pump to prove it. The pump lasted after my shower and post-workout meal. My post workout pumps usually don't last this long, I suspect the Cialas increased the length of my post workout pump.
