Injection site rotation advice

So I’ve been just rotating glutes. I used to do delta and quads but it’s been years. And had one time redness and sore leg on quad inj. I’ve looked through forums but any advice on importance of not just hitting glutes and/or rotation advice. Particularly for quads and delts as I was going to add into rotation with glutes. Thanks for any input or tips.
I do heat oil, sanitize with alcohol bottle and site and massage then use heating pad or car heated seats if driving afterwards.

Curious , would you personally go with this as is or would winni be better than var?
Yea I saw that looking things up and I like it a lot. Simpler than the others. Less pinning. I’d go maybe 400 with test e just because 360 has been more than good for me now, I like it for a future run forsure.
RustyhookerBoom! My first 8 cycles were just 300mg test. Spring i liked winny. Dbol in fall. 30mg winny and 15mg dbol. Small but worked for me.
It really doesn’t bother me as far as pinning. That’s why I’m trying to get my rotation spots down now Incase I ever need to.
Pip would be bigger concern higher chance with more shots but I take your point and I would prefer 2x or 3x a week for whatever I’m running plus maybe an oral simpler less is better.
Maybe test e / mast or var at end half cycle. I don’t like risk hair loss but other than that mast sounds good. Winni to but don’t know as much about it yet.
My buddy runs sust and him and a lot of people on here posting seem to like it a lot. Some just run sust. as you get fast and long esters. My buddy pins 2x a week along with pharma mix 4. I have mix 3 on hand ,but mistake has tren so not touching that anytime soon.
Week 5 just got my bloods done yesterday again waiting on results (test e 360 wk. cycle #2)
PIP is the least of your concerns when pinning frequently. Sterile abscesses and abscesses in general should be. Site rotation is crucial for this reason as well as limiting scar tissue buildup. I'm sure @Rustyhooker can share some absess videos for you to see.
Getting my rotation down now, getting used to it and different spots while simple cycle seems like a good idea.
Yes I sterilize and only try to order good quality good sources. Had an abscess in my younger years the pain enough and smell when I had to have drained uuuuhh. No bueno.
I get you though, safe injections and scar tissue is not what I want.
Anytime I used to get pip/ any redness I’d flash back to abscess and stress it until it goes down.

You guys would be ones to know and ask. I have a dozen or so 25g 5/8 pins. Not what I’m using now (23g 1.5”) but are these useless for me anywhere? Fine if they are just if they’d be okay delts or something I’d use them.
I can get away with the 5/8 in my delts when I am lean. You will know if they are to short if oil starts leaking out after you pull the pin.
Ok thanks, I’m not the smallest guy but by far not the biggest so I’m pretty sure I could use.Thought delts first then I’ve heard of guys doing bics, lats and pecs but I’ve only ever done glutes, quads, Delts and pec once but something about pecs idk. I might try them for delts. Otherwise all I have is 1,5”. I need order some 1” 1.5 seems overkill other than glutes/quads for me and I can but more trouble only partially push in
Yea that would be my buddy lol. He tells me to take it slow/ easy which I appreciate, but he’s run nand , sust, tren, mixes nonstop only started 8-9 months ago just been “cruisn” now :/

Do you heat the gear up? If not the only other thing would be try a different source as I can bang 1ml in under 30 seconds.
This was my Watson prescription test. I have up after that.
I have no exp with Watson. Could worth trying a mainstream UGL if you are that way incline and see how you fair.
Molinin302Pretty sure I don't even fave any 18g left. Switched to 23g to draw. Moved all injection gauges up a notch or three.
It’s the way forward, nothing is worse than hitting scar tissue and having to decide weather to add 3,700 pounds per square inch of pressure to the plunger or be defeated and pull it out.
I get a 16 gauge in my blood sample pack which the missus uses to drain blood out of me, no clue how anyone in their right mind could compete a 12 week cycle using those things yet I've heard about it on more than one occasion.
RustyhookerFita all areas nicely. I started on 22s because tgat was all we had. Now look at the 22/23 side by side...oh hell naw. Lol! And i slin pin small doses if needed.
Yea I’ve got 50 pack w/23G x 1 1/2” right now. What’s better with the 25s? And 1.5” to much for delts? Fine glutes ,quads.
I have a random 10 of 25g but only 5/8 ( 0.5 x 16mm ) so useless I guess. I don’t use them just have em.
Anon25g is smaller than 23g, and that causes less tissue damage, less bleeding, less pip.
Those 23g x 1 1/2 can be used to pin with, I have before in glutes and quads, you don't have to go all the way 1.5in in, you could stop at about 1in depth. The 23g 1 1/2in are also great for drawing up your gear before putting a different needle on to pin. I wouldn't use shorter than 1in needle to pin glutes and quads. I only pin glutes and quads so I'm not the best guy to get advice about pinning other locations from.
I have no problems no pip no bleeding or issues with the 23 1.5”s are good but again that’s just rotating glutes which I’m trying to expand my rotation so I think change might be better.
Yea I just go all the way in but that’s just glutes right now with the 1.5” I wouldn’t other places most likely. From posts on here I think I’ll take advice order 25s instead of 23s next maybe 1” instead of 1.5”
Molinin302Make sure you inject with the proper needle length. If you push hard thinking you can make a 1" do the same job as a 1.5", it's only going to end badly. You'll figure it out buddy, best wishes to you.

I’m up to just over 180 but I’m not a 230 lbs guy( yet) worry might be to deep ?. All good on glutes I know.
And yes you are -- right, years ago used one’s to short tried to do just that and got red sore area for days for my troubles.
Molinin302We're all built differently, seeing what I see, your size, I personally, personally mind you, would find my best spot between 5/8" and one inch. Always aspirate unless with slin pin, and be careful with those quads. Lots of nerves and lots of blood vessels. Pay attention to what you're feeling and aspirate.

AnonIf it's the volume of oil that causes the pip in the quads you can always split the injection and pin both quads at the same time. Anytime I go over 2mL in one of my outer quads it causes some pip. It's not the gear it's the volume of gear I'm pinning when it comes to my quads. If I got 3mL's to pin I'm gonna put 1.5mL in one quad and 1.5mL in the other quad. I can pin 3mL in either glute no problem.
Try doing your back at the front underneath the armpit - put your arm straight out in front of you on a mirror mounted on the wall then push the needle into the lat. Always aspirate before as if you go into a vein with tren or tne it goes straight through the heart extremely fast & you end up feeling like Nick Cage in The Rock after his Adrenaline shot!!! LMAO
Yea I always check for red flag. I’d never heard of doing lat but using good hand it seems it would be easy enough.
Chest is a great one Bud but I know many people feel uneasy about it.
Yea I also did that once or twice my first cycle years ago but seems sketch to me for whatever reason.
I can't even reach over to pin my delt. Back has been out the rotation for a long time
I can do front delt but defo not side delt - thats only for the Covid and B12 nurses!! I haven't done front delt in years though due to too many messed up workouts from hitting nerves and things.
give at least a week between injection sites. If you are only injecting 2x/wk you can probably get away with just glutes but it is best to just rotate as many sites as possible. The longer the break between injections the better.
Don't massage immediately after injection. You are just pushing the bolus of oil around in the muscle and creating more microtears and trauma. Heat is fine but don't massage.
Pin and then go workout that muscle. The increased bloodflow to the muscle will help to dissipate the oil and reduce pip if that is a problem.
Don't pin and then go to bed. That pocket of oil just sits there then.
Even though this cycle less pinning seems like it would be good practice/ get body used to those other spots so isn’t virgin muscle when I do need to.
Any advice on quads?
Quads are trial and error. You have to learn from experience where is good and where is bad. Im 90% good on quads, but it took several nerve hits to learn.
Yea I do pre workout or work and try activate/work that muscle. Thanks for advice I always messaged. Yea I’m only 2x a week this cycle so just been glutes which is fine but idk if it would be more effective or even just better to add into rotation. Quads worry me even as easy they are to hit becasue of that one soreness pin years ago. Sucked to walk day or so.
Quads are tough for me because I always hit nerves going in no matter what. 100% of the time. I have to push it in very slowly and when I start feeling it hit a nerve I just have to slowly push through it. To fast and my muscle will twitch and shoot the needle out of my hand. Soreness is part of the game sometimes. Add them in to your rotation. It seems like once a site is used to being pinned it doesn't get as sore. No longer a virgin site.
Yea same , I want to use them again. Easiest to see pin but such a dense muscle with nerves.
Honestly one of the better spots for me to pin and rarely any issues (always take my time with them). 100% agree working out that muscle after pinning is the way to go.
I’ve heard for first time vent glute ? Which I had never tried before but seems like still glute if absorption and rotating is important other than just building scar tissue.
I haven't done ventro but I would recommend doing it if you can. Just another site to use. The issue isn't so much absorption as is it building up scar tissue or worse yet an abcess. If you do start to build up a significant amount of scar tissue it will affect absorption though. Just rotate and give the sites plenty of rest and it isn't an issue then.
Yea my thinking. Saw a post or 2 on here talking about absorption rate etc and lymph’s something , but my levels show my glutes absorbing just fine.
