They have some narly kits with different scrapping tools, Gua sha stainless steel or go for the stone kits if you'd like cheaper (although they have a tendency to break easy)

You're welcome brother. It's helpful for restrictive fascia in general. Try it on a muscle that has a pump and you may see an increase in size when you release the fascia. Also good for injuries where the tissue has become "gritty". You'll feel the grittiness under the back of the knife as you go over the area. You want to break that up
