Just got my order from the UK warehouse 14 days after shipping. Must be a new record. This was a reship as a bottle from a previous order popped open which honestly was probably my fault. Update. Second order placed May 18, arrived at customs June 18/19, have yet to receive, no movement again. Contact supplier say wait 30 days after customs, will investigate and find solution, reship or store credit refund. Mind you this is the second attempt now. After recent contact now they say 60 days, already at 61 from original ship date. Still not received, seems like I'm getting the runaround on this, similar to what happened from another supplier in the past. A reship I think is gonna be like chasing a ghost. And unfortunately store credit does me know good as I will probably not be ordering from them again.

However to reship we need to confirm that it definitely got seized. It takes time especially in the current situation. So our terms are transparent and can be read in the FAQ section and gladly presented by our customer service. If its indeed 60 days from the dispatch date. The package should be reshipped. Even though we have seen packages released from customs after 45 days! And yet we still give less days for the investigation. Please be patient you will receive your package anyway and a bonus from us for the inconvenience. Your package is sitting in the post office and tracking number shows your zip code. You can't get it because you used the fake name and now harm us because we refused to reship until you check with the post office...
Delays are there and we do not hide it. You can check the warnings on our store's International warehouses page. You can always use our domestic routes for faster 7-14 days shipping. Thank you!
