Just got my order from the UK warehouse 14 days after shipping. Must be a new record. This was a reship as a bottle from a previous order popped open which honestly was probably my fault. Yet they replaced it. They have great service and always make sure you either get your product or your money back.

Update. Second order placed May 18, arrived at customs June 18/19, have yet to receive, no movement again. Contact supplier say wait 30 days after customs, will investigate and find solution, reship or store credit refund. Mind you this is the second attempt now. After recent contact now they say 60 days, already at 61 from original ship date. Still not received, seems like I'm getting the runaround on this, similar to what happened from another supplier in the past. A reship I think is gonna be like chasing a ghost. And unfortunately store credit does me know good as I will probably not be ordering from them again.
Hello! First of all we are sorry for this situation. From time to time the customs hits, the products are illegal and we do not hide it. Even if it has got seized we reship it. However to reship we need to confirm that it definitely got seized. It takes time especially in the current situation. So our terms are transparent and can be read in the FAQ section and gladly presented by our customer service. If its indeed 60 days from the dispatch date. The package should be reshipped. Even though we have seen packages released from customs after 45 days! And yet we still give less days for the investigation. Please be patient you will receive your package anyway and a bonus from us for the inconvenience. Also please pm me your order number and accept my friend request so I can check with the shipping department the status of your order. Thank you!
Looks like package is stuck again at customs lol. Also may e discreet packaging would help with all this, like a few years when it a different name. I am being patient I originally made my order in February. What would it take to just get my money back lol.

Please do not misinform other people. We have never lied to anyone and if you don't believe us that does not mean that we lie. Your package is sitting in the post office and tracking number shows your zip code. You can't get it because you used the fake name and now harm us because we refused to reship until you check with the post office...
Delays are there and we do not hide it. You can check the warnings on our store's International warehouses page. You can always use our domestic routes for faster 7-14 days shipping. Thank you!

Usually 60 days delay means that the package is lost or seized. If your package is not delivered within 60 days we reship/ refund no questions asked. Just a little update. Order from Feb, was declared lost after 70 days. Was issued a reship in May, not sure of the exact date, over 45 days now, been inbound to customs since 19th. Anyone else have issues with this company or shipping in general? My guess is I'm waiting for the customs letter because it was not discreet labeling.
