I have ordered many times and had good service. Last week placed an order and got email 5 days ago that it was handed over to carrier. Now the website will not load. I placed a question to their Telegram bot @steroidifybot, asking about status of website, but have not yet received an answer. Just adding this information to the discussion to share so others might be interested.
I got a response from Telegram @steroidifybot confirming that website is down. No other information provided.

Got an email saying my US domestic order was handed over to carrier 8 days ago. No tracking number or anything since, and site has been down for multiple days. I know these things happen, but I'm hoping for some kind of communication so I know if I need to put in some orders elsewhere, as the timing is an important factor with this order.

Have made several orders previously, both domestic and international, without any issues.
We’re these orders recent ? Also how long for international shipping ? More or less I know there’s several factors to consider but just a ballpark range of weeks ?
Got an email April 30th 2021 saying it was handed over to the carrier.
Over 60 days on my order now and no movement since March 8th anyone else have this issue? Never taken this long in the past. Also USPS tracking is not valid number now

Ordered over a week ago, got an email saying they received my payment and now can't check on progress due to website being down. Any ideas of what's going on?
They're just having some issues with hosting currently, will prolly be sorted out soon enough! Nothing to worry about, got e-mail confirmation for my order soon with apology for site not working, so they're deffo active.
Have you ordered from them previously? Found it odd then I soon as I brought up considering getting my money back or refund they ignored my emails sent around three emails . I just want to know if everything is ok and if it’s legit 500 plus order has me a bit worried
Yeah man, 4+ orders, no issues. Don't think they do refunds btw, but all of my orders have been delivered, even one that was lost by mail. They've just sent that one again, so had to wait slightly longer. Don't worry about it, I'm sure they'll let you know when the order will be passed to carrier etc.
