-1 Need recommendation from someone who knows there shit!

ad

I suffered multiple back injuries. They were so bad i had to become completely inactive. Because of those injuries i healed up wrong and and had certain muscle groups overcompensate for the injury and have been dealing with some scoliosis. I have been doing stretching to straighten my self out. 2-3 hours a day for months. It has worked dramatically. I have almost completely straightened out. However from over 5 years of being almost crippled I'm extremely week. I have been attempting yoga to build up my strength again and balance everything out. However i am 38 and definitely feeling my age and the years of inactivity. I was looking for a cycle to help me build strength as fast as possible. I don't care about getting big or lean just need to build strength. I have used cycles before when i was younger and had huge gyno problems that made me cut short my cycle even though i used the correct anti estragon's. I was thinking of using anavar only cycle to give me the boost im looking for without the gyno problems. Does anyone have any other recommendations?

The best thing to do is just get back into the gym again for a start and train. Taking steroids is going to do nothing for strength if you aren't breaking down muscle first in the gym. You need to take things steady also, your body is completely unconditioned currently from being sedate ED. If then after a few years you decide you want extra help and have everything sorted out come back here again and we will be happy to help. I hope you are being sincere about this and you have my deepest sympathies if you are Smile

We call it scat, I can ID, owl, bear, moose, elk, rabbit, canine, deer, beaver, and a host of other scat... not sure why you'd be asking me about your injuries... unless you shit your pants... I can ID that too.

No cycling.. Recovering from drama trauma always takes long periods of time, especially as u get older. If ur experiencing an imbalance in hormones, u need to see a specialist. As far as strenght and training, that also needs to be governed under a specialist supervision. The yoga and stretching is great, but none us know how jacked up ur vertebra is. That is between u and ur doctors.. Sounds like ur making good progress, keep doing what ur doing and keep us informed on this tough journey of urs.
