sayanbrolydepending from the diet in large part: more carb more CTS, less carb less CTS...over 4 ui\day
Everyone is different. For me it was 3 iu or more giving me numbness but when I use to for longer time numbness goes away.
Numbness in the hands is not an indicator of anything. I've used multiple brands of Pharma GH and never experienced numb hands.
It is a known side effect of HGH, but not everyone experiences it.
Could be different person to person. For me above 2 iu/day.
The source I'm using right now, I get tingling at 4IU and above. Actually had to dial it down from 5IU cause of the CTS.
I never get numbness in my hands , I get more of a carpel tunnel in my shoulders .
Point being everyone is different don't look for sides to tell you that your HGH is legit , there are two ways to know you have quality GH .
one bloods
two Mass spectrometer testing
I think there is a dip stick test out there but meh not to sure on that one.
I get tingling at around 4iu but everyone is different. I hope your not waiting for your hands to go numb to see if you have legit hgh cause that's reckless just get a blood test if thats what your trying to do
2 or 3iu. That's what did it for me...
What you are speaking of is associated with water retention from hgh injections. The water retention puts pressure on the nerves in the wrist which causes carpal tunnel syndrome. This doesn't happen to everyone. Majority of users don't report this side effect. The consensus is for users to start at a small dosage and slowly work their way up. This helps the body to adapt and minimize possible negative side effects. I would start at 1iu. Use it for a week straight. If you are tolerating it well then move to 2iu. You can continue this pattern till you reach your desired strength. If you find the sides are too much, you can back down your dosage. Most users will do 2-4iu a day for up to 6 months. They will then take a break to prevent damaging the pituitary gland. Damaging it which will significantly negatively impact your body's natural release of gh.
ZandaTimeout. Hold on brother. Numbness of the hands is a side effect nobody is chasing. Everybody reacts differently and will respond accordingly. Numbness is not a sign of quality (some peptides can mimic this) and will correlate to dose drastically different based on the type of hgh you have...pharma, banded generic, generic, etc. you’re gonnna get ranges from the low end of some generic hgh giving some guys numbness at 2-4iu/day all the way up 10iu giving numbness. Either way if you’ve gone you’re own route and this ain’t prescribed, study up on your sources and always start low with a 1-2iu/day dose. See how you respond. But please don’t think just cuz your hands are numb your IGF-1 number will be high. Be careful.
I get tingling in my hands with doses as low as 2IU. Actual numbness is not something I'm aware of. If you're hands are numb, you've probably overdosed
