Low dose npp?

ad

What is lowest dose of npp i can use for joint pain? Will 50mg added to trt have any benefits?

I'm no expert but you're going to have to pin npp more often than your trt so if you're ok with that then you may be ok... I'm running npp now so you'll have to be willing to be a pin cushion like me... 3× a week bro-ham..... Also once you introduce nandrolone you'll need to monitor prolactin... Just an fyi

Not that you could really class it as TRT anymore but IMO you'll need to be hitting at least 350mg/wk to get your joints holding water and the cushioning benefits - really though all you are doing is masking the problem. You need to be loading up on the supps that help joints repair themselves such as Collagen Powder, Fish oil, Glucosamine, Vit C, Turmeric etc

I think the OP is asking what is the lowest dose of NPP that he can add to his TRT in order to gain the benefits that nandrolone provides to the joints.

I would say start with the lowest dose possible and see if it helps. If you don't see much after a few weeks increase to 75mg. I wouldn't exceed 100mg for sure.

50mg per week should be a good starting dose.
